Well he did term the redtube account, however, the first poster says the site is full of stolen content. That's something completelly different then before. I didn't check the gaytube, and i dont know the content, but if it's stolen, it's something on a completelly new level.

I really don't know that part man. Maybe they did license it. Sextube has 400 dvds, so maybe he bought some to display freely. I have no idea on that....

Shap has a shitload of content, But with his recent tube dealings it's interesting. If he says he has the rights to it fine, But if he doesn't fuck him. I'm all for people doing what they want with what they own. But content theft pisses me off and i'm sure he knows it's not personal.

I suspect it is all his content or he is using it with permission of the owners.

Regardless I think it is interesting he only wants 2 minutes twisty movies on redtube but his tube sites are full of 10- 30 minutes movies.

There was a 80 minute long video for peter north. Does shap own a license to peter north that would allow him to display full length clips for free? (either yes or no) Would the owner of the PeterNorth content be stupid enough to give 80 minute clips away to promote the site ? (yes or no) If you answer no to both questions then he owns a tube ste with stolen content on it.

It's all stolen content. I contacted a few people about this and they all confirmed that it's their content put there without permission.

After this was posted here and on another gay forum, *magically* all long videos disappeared.

But looking at how popular his site became in 2 months, it worked for him.

People work for months to increase their traffic steadily, whereas someone can put all types of stolen content somewhere, build a big traffic and get away with it by just deleting one day when people find out what he was doing.
