Is it true that in USA a guy with a very low IQ, can still get a degree in university, if they are good athletes either in Basket or American Football?? How do they approve the exams if their IQ is so low?? always wondered about that... kind of weird, honestly. . |

It looks good but I would rather just lease a place instead of buying. Most athletes buy so much shit they don't need and in couple years they are going bankrupt. In his case if they don't with the NBA Championship he might be out of Miami.

To put in perspective, this house costs $9mil
Lebron makes $14.5mil This would be the same as people making $100k/yr buying $80k houses, but of course we know people that make $100k/yr go and buy $300-400k houses (4x their annual salary) Smart man spending less than 1year of income on a house

Take the average salary and average it over the rest of their life (if you don't plan on getting a regular job after sports) and you will see its really not that much money for the average pro athlete.
