Got my acc set today with them.
It seems like about 15-20 programs are using them atm...
Anyways... Who's behind them? Are they solid?

and can someone please explain me how they works? i dont get it looks like something for more business people than me who need just to receive and withdraw money ... and, in other thread i saw something with payoneer cards and paxum cards related, how is that related to this emc2? or, what please? and, why i feel like the name is from 80s?

TeenCat, when you get payment via EMC2Payouts, you can transfer money to any credit/debit card of yours, or to your bank account via domestic money transfer (cost $6 as far as I remember...)
Or you can send yourself a check

On their website it is said that withdrawals to payoneer cards are no longer supported.

Lauralee reps for them, she could probably answer some of your Qs.

We've been looking into adding them as an additional option for webmasters. Right now we have CashX, we're set up and approved with Payoneer for a while but we haven't gone live with it since the service response has been a little less than timely.
