I've raised my membership fee by $10 and give my members better quality video and regular bonus updates. Not only am I retaining better then when I had prices lower, I'm making more money a month on one site then I did on two sites in 2006 at my peak! Affiliates like making more per signup as well and promote me more heavily.

It has to do with the consumers perceived value. Prices on EVERYTHING have gone up, gas, milk, produce, everything. They expect things to be more expensive, and they retain much better when they are getting more at a higher quality along with that price increase.

Nice, well apparently it can work both ways, since someone has posted that they're doing much better with a lower price point and you posted you are doing better with a higher price point. I wonder though have you tried the lower and that other guy tried higher?

Try finding stuff like that in Mainstream. Your lucky to get 15% of a sale there which is exactly how it always should of been in adult right from the start. Instead you had everyone raking in money like there was no tomorrow and handing it out like there was no tomorrow and now those ridiculous payout amounts are considered to be "the norm".

And people wonder why the Adult industry failed....beyond giving away all their stuff for free of course.
