Two of the founding principles of Libertarianism in the USA are:

The content pirates are initiating force (property theft) against the content owners. And, they are violating the rights of content owners to be the exclusive controller of their justly acquired property, i.e. their content. Furthermore, libertarians want the pirates to take responsibility for their actions and pay for their thefts.

The pirates create nothing and steal everything.

The root of capitalism itself is private ownership. Libertarianism doesn't add anything new, if anything libertarians have more mixed views on the subject.

Libertarians differ with capitalist on the use of public property and natural resources. The capitalist see the public resources as usable for private gain through licensing; while, libertarians differ within themselves with many seeing the development of public resources for the good of society as a whole with the wealth shared equally across society.

Ok, you seem to be talking about Libertarians here, as in members of the Libertarian party. Minarchists in other words. If that is the case, I guess you are right.

However, only a small part of the libertarian movement are minarchists. Most are anarchists (Rothbard, Van Dun,...). And amongst those, a major part opposes the idea of intellectual property (see Stephan Kinsella, Hoppe,...).

When talking about libertarians, it's best/safest not to generalize things

I believe that there are more Minarchist than Anarchist in the USA. Moreover, the Anarchist movement are mostly "do-nothings" due to the literary/philosophical nature of their movement. And, if they were to try and do something in line with their anarchist beliefs, they would be labelled as "terrorist" and spend the rest of their lives in federal prisons.
