They had the heart imprint on the duct tape which was used on the child...failed to take pics, found the same heart stickers in casey anthonys home along with the same duct tape and plastic bags. The evidence is there, it just was not documented to the point of where it is "beyond a reasonable doubt"

Mythbusters needs to take a pig head, stick duct tape on it, stick a sticker on it, and set it in a swamp for 6 months. When there's only a skull left, test it for DNA and sticker residue. I'm guessing you'll find tons of DNA and the sticker will still be in place and faded. I'm actually surprised this hasn't been done in the past years leading up to the case.

Through the current court system she was found innocent of the most serious charges.

Because of the workings of the court system the jury doesn't get to see ALL of the evidence due to effective legal wrangling. Never heard that - is there a link? I have a problem with evidence such as this not being submitted since it proves without doubt - so have a hard time acknowledging that the judge etc. would simply throw it out as they have used security camera's from many locations to find and catch criminals. American's Most Wanted always shows it and I'm sure the criminals who got caught on tape can't say - "well the store didn't have my permission to film me when I shot the bastard outside in the parking lot".

The state has the MASSIVE advantage on evidence, they even get the last word with rebuttal and rebuttal closing arguments. They even leaked that there "was" a heart sticker RIGHT over the mouth on the duct tape. BUT they didnt leak that Cindy Anthony had said she thought she did the searches on the computer. Thats another HUGE advantage they had and used and still failed to prove their case. We KNOW from the trial there was no heart shaped sticker found. (and the residue disappeared?) Celebrating her daughters disappearance, avoiding her parents & cops, not testifying...she's as guilty as OJ.
