Just woke up this lovely tuesday morning to log into zombaio and check status on payment and to my chagrin my account is restricted... anybody know what this is about?
Are they about to walk with all of our monies....do they not want to allow me access to make screen shots... anybody else? |

The account is closed because your site www.saraswirls.com has been down for 48 hours, despite several notifications. Your recurring members are complaining and chargeing back. To restrict the account after 48hours is standard procedure.

by the way they closed access to my admin, so that I could not come back here and publically dispute the fact that there were no chargebacks...thats the tactics of a slimeball
Tell the public and gfy community that there were a bunch of charge backs then close out account access fast before swirls girl comes in here with screen shots to prove what a liar the spokeman for the company is Listen if you lie, then you cheat ,and you steal.... why lock me out of admin???? Now we Cannot document funds owed to us,we cannot document the chargebacks I assure you there were no chargebacks from my site being down for 2 days Thats another bald faced lie that could be proven but as I always said they play dirty ...it sad that many cannot recognize shadiness when its raises its shameful head on these boards |

Surely there's some way you can come up with the money to get your website back online quick? If this happened to one of my websites I would borrow money or do whatever I had to do to make sure my website was back online as fast as I could. I would be worried about the paying customers that do not have access to material they have paid for. You have to play ahead and keep reserve funds for emergencies like this, processing problems aside...it all comes down to the CUSTOMERS...they provide the income. You seem to have great content and your website could be so much more than it is.

I've never been at a host that total closes the account after 10 days - especially in this business. In any business if you are open and talk to your vendors they will work with you for a month or 2. I'm betting this is more than just 10 days, perhaps 2 months?

The hosting is probably more than 10 days late, i don't think many shut it off for over a month, unless there is a serious problem.

It does appear to be a little over the edge to be complaining about the payment processor for a dead website have restricted your account. On top of that before checking your emails too (as it appears you missed their email ? )
If you want to get anywhere in this business then start focusing more on your own business instead of the boards, it will benefit you a lot more in the long run. If you develop a more personal relationship to your providers they will also extend their services and help you more when you end up in a situation like this where you appear to have problems paying your bills and what-not. Your post count doesn't mean a lot to many of these companies, especially if you provide only negative feedback and comments.

The host is saying "site closed" and redirecting traffic to a holding page with their affiliate links on?
That is very poor behaviour. Sarah, I have no interest in your site or your niche and don't want to try to take advantage of your present situation and try and buy it from you on the cheap but if you need a no obligation no strings interest free loan to pay the hosting, get the site back up and away from that host, contact me via support on the site in my footer.
