Actually, On checking further, it seems they billed all rebills 11-15th on the 11th of this month, No idea why

Why? Because they need money probably? But they shouldn't do this when the consequences are going to be put on the plate of others. What if someone cancels his subscription on the 13th? If the card holder disputes the charge, Zombaio is going to win from that situation again because they'll charge you a chargeback fee.

In case you missed the threads about it... they're also reactivating and rebilling cancelled accounts AFTER these accounts were terminated. They reactivate them, rebill them and don't add them back to the htpasswd list. But Tomas said it's not possible because Zombaio never makes any mistakes,they're the greatest and the best and they have the biggest penisses of all credit card payment processors so there is no problem and everything's solved

I asked and they billed the 11th for 11-15 because they were doing a job with the rebilling software the 11-15 so they wanted to charge this before and not after the work for the web masters best experience and not like last time. Sounds good to me.

All working fine for me, my rebills are on again... I'm happy.

porn500.. are you saying it sounds to bizar to be true? If so, I agree with you, it is bizar. The proof is in the Zombaio stats, there is where I got it from and the proof is on the bank statements of those credit card holders, I've exchanged e-mails with two of them and they confirmed everything. I told them they should contact Visa about it. After all Tomas said it's not possible so that means the problem is not with Zombaio so everything's solved so no need to proof anything in here.

If you or anyone else still needs proof: compare the htpasswd file on your server with the htpasswd file generated by Zombaio reports / active members. If there are more accounts on the Zombaio generated file, look up those accounts that are on there but not on your server, then check the billing for those accounts in the Zombaio system. If this sounds too complicated for you, don't even bother, and continue pretending everything is fine

I'm checking these reactivated cancelled accounts right now and one of them (and could be more because I only checked one so far) has been rebilled AFTER his cancellation three times already now and Zombaio didn't add his account back to the htpasswd list so this poor guy is paying for something he:

1) Cancelled months ago already

2) doesn't get access to

I already brought this up in here in August, all Zombaio had to say about it is that it's not possible. If they would have a future and be serious they would have digged into their stats (they have the BEST stats system in the world, because they made it, right?) and looked up these problematic accounts and dealt with it. But they won't, because they're the Zombaios and their clients can go fuck themselves.

O wait... things like this are not possible.... well that solves everything doesn't it? Life is so easy... if something goes wrong you just say that's it not possible and move on with the daily routine

I could collect some proof to make things easy for Zombaio... but isn't Zombaio the payment processor that refunds payments without even bothering to contact the client first and without removing the account from the htpasswd list and if you bring that up in their support ticket system they won't even bother to reply?

EVERYTHING I claim here comes from the Zombaio system: tools / member management / search subscriptions. If someone as stupid as me can dig this info up, then every other moron should be able to as well.

2) Why would they do this? I mean they are not hiding the transactions from you and actually pays you . So why the hell would they do this!?

I think you are looking at something wrong or misunderstand the reports....

Hey Eukervoorn question for you...I know when zombaio and I parted ways that I had some rebills coming to me...

they closed my account sent out my remaining funds and that was that but now I am wondering if they are still rebilling my old customers and just pocketing the cash.

I am not sure how to check since I no longer have access to my admin and with what you have laid out I think it may be probable that they are doing this!

Is there any way for me to verify that all rebills have stopped, and there is no more access to my members area, all I did was take down the join buttons but come to think of it, I never checked to see if they were still adding logins

I am going to add that I have my own merchant account and I have had issues. They are software issues and nothing else.

One example, a programmer made changes on my server and inadvertently sent an xml que to the biller. This some how set all my sales to single sales instead of rebills. It was not intentional but I tried to rectify by putting those sales recurring again manually. So what happened is they did rebill but also rebilled on the initial day of purchase. So these people got billed 2 times per month till I discovered the problem.

You see what I'm saying? They, zombaio and ccbill are the merchant account. You are just a small, small, piece of that account. Shit happens and if you are a baller, get your own REAL $erchant account. Till then you are just a peon.

So I worked out my issues and not even one chargeback. Food for thought.

Well let me give you some food for thought Beaner, you should consider allowing me to process new sign ups thru your merchant account, I would rather give you 15% then a 3rd party biller.

You have been most helpful in the past and I trust that you would ensure maximum thru put with minimal risk....lol

Its hurting us having to wait almost 2 weeks for subscription funds while 3rd party billers get my funds and hold them for interest, of course it would be temporary until we get setup on our own...but again food for thought

If I go to tools / subscriptions and look this member up, the first page says "cancelled" with the date on which he cancelled. I think it started with the paused rebilling (in July?). There had been a pause in the rebilling of this account too and maybe they tried to resolve it by setting up one more billing AFTER cancellation/termination. But this account has been re-billed three times now and is due to be rebilled for the forth time in December. Why? Because it's an error in their system, and that's something that can happen. But they should have looked it up and fixed it after I first reported this problem in here, instead of acting like the Gods Of Credit Card Processing World Who Never Make Any Mistakes And If There Is A Problem It's Always The Fault Of The Client And Never Of The Super Zombaios. Now I could have sent the details of these problematic accounts to Tomass in private mail but I didn't... after all when I asked him to improve some things, he told me to continue doing it myself every day manually (which is the same as saying "fuck you" to your client, right?), and when I contacted their support about a problem, they promised to sort it out and get back to me, which they never did. So if they don't help me, why would I help them? I definitely don't need them and if I would need them I would rather get out of business than having to deal with this kind of fuck-ups

That's what I thought at first too. That it was me, not looking properly. Because it's too bizar to be true. But I double checked, e-mailed three ex-members, and two of them confirmed that they did cancel their accounts and that they were being billed again. I made deals with them... Now there shouldn't be any more billings after Sep 2, right? Maybe one more billing to correct for the paused rebilling in July, but after that, no more right? Well on the next page his accounts shows as active with 3 billings after Sep 2 and the forth billing scheduled in December.

I also checked if this guy maybe joined again in September but no he didn't, I even searched in my e-mail software for a Notification Email, but it's not there. So the guy cancelled in Sep, account was terminated in Sep, he didn't rejoin after that. So why the deactivating and rebilling of his account? And he's not the only one, I found THREE like this and I'm sure there are more, on my site and on the sites of others. In another post I already explained how to locate these problematic accounts, it's really not that hard, unless you're a retard

But what are we talking about? Tomass said errors like this in their system are impossible, and that solved everything, didn't it? It means that something like this cannot happen, so it didn't happen, everything solved!

Remove the Zombaio htpasswd list and scripts from your server, then they can't grand anyone access to your sites, if they would continue billing these people that would result in a lot of chargebacks and Zombaio is chargeback paranoid. Now how the rebilling of cancelled accounts fits in that, I don't know, but I do not care, really

I saw a similar post of you 3 months ago and got curious and went to your site and applied for an account. I really regret doing that. I was asked for the same info and docs over and over again, my questions were ignored; I asked if you provide with Visa secure code and your college didn't bother to answer it, when I asked it in this forum it was ignored as well. Probably because you can't provide with Visa secure code and realiize how backwards that is and then you chose to simply ignore the question of your future client? Now how do you expect build up trust with that? Anyway... you advertise on your site that the set-up process takes 4 days, well it doesn't, it takes more than 3 months. After 3 months I was again asked for the info and docs that I had already sent before, so I gave up and concluded that net-billing isn't any better than Zombaio. What is wating for me around the corner once I get though that 3 month torture and get my netbilling account? More games, being ignored again when there is a problem? I don't want to know. There's so many credit card processors now and the whole credit card payment thing is getting old on the internet and will be replaced by something else soon. It won't be long before all my sites will say: "direct debit payments only. Take your plastic credit card money elsewhere!" If you guys want to stay in business you really should drop all the arrogance and get yourself organized a bit better. The best way to get new clients is by treating them with respect, answering their questions, and stick with what you promise straight from the beginning. Lie to them and deceive them and they'll run to your competition. It's funny by the way how you claim to be the largest merchant provider in the adult industry while Zombaio's Tomass makes the same claims. It must be some kind of virus, as soon as people get involved with credit card processing, they start thinking they are the biggest and the best.

anyone had rebills this week? I've had 4... Missing a lot

Some rebills will be processed tomorrow at 4pm GMT, this due to a currency conversion issue. We're correct this issue and the rebills that has been affected will be processed tomorrow at 4pm GMT

You've got that right Jakez, some people in the porn biz still have standards. If I get asked to pay a 950 euro ($1300) application fee and get promised a 4 day setup but it's taking more than 3 months and my answers are not being read and my questions are being ignored, I get suspicious and pull out and then when I see that same company making their false promises in here, I won't shut up.

We do support VbV depending on which bank you have your merchant account with.
We setup many accounts same day, although depending on how long it takes for you to get a merchant account, that can take longer. It really depends on the bank itself, not NETbilling.
