There are many low paying jobs that make the world go 'round. The military is just one of them. The military does not protect bullshit. They damn well sure do not protect our freedom. In a true scenario where our literal freedom is at risk, most men in the country would have to be drafted. So now that we have established that the military means shit to our daily lives, why are we forced to worship the troops?

Personally I've lived in Costa Rica, Canada, The USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and now Bermuda. You should try getting out of the USA sometimes though, see the World, broaden your horizons. No you have no idea. You can't just buy any house in Bermuda. You have to buy in the top percentage of houses and it must already be owned by an ex-pat. The tax is around 30% and housing values are on the fall in Bermuda. All of that adds up to a financial disaster to buy for just 4 years or so. You don't understand that at all because like everything else you're totally wrong on this subject.
