Oh and yeah. Mom died last March 14 at age 95. Then Lucky in the fall on Sept 16.

It was a tough year.

When your mother dies guys. When you watch your mother die and go down to 70LBs or less. A little piece of you dies too.

She was really my strength as was Lucky.

So lately I have felt closer to death.

Creepy story... the day she died my friend went up to help get her nursing home room cleaned out.

On the way back home on March 14, 2011 at 5:45pm between Freeport and Melrose Minnesota on I-94, me and my friend watched the grave digger pass us on the way back from digging my mom's grave.

Heading back to St Cloud or Minneapolis. Someone had to do it. It was the spookiest and hardest thing I ever seen.

Me and my friend at first were stunned but we both knew what it was.. A small little yellow cat sitting on a trailer.. a grave diggers catapillar.

When my mom died, I had gone to visit her in the nursing home where she was trying to recover from her stroke. We had a nice visit and I let her know I was looking for houses so we could move her home and get in-home care.

I drove to meet the realtor at the first house the next morning and she drove up waving her phone out the window for me. My brother had called her to say that mom had died. I guess he was afraid I might put an offer on a house. The timing and circumstances will always suck, but also I'm glad I got to visit her that last time.

Couple of years later I had my own heart attack and shit's been downhill really on the money side. But I've quit lots of bad habits and picked up good ones so again, there is good there.

You can't really go through life being angry and wanting revenge or holding grudges or regrets. Who was it that said holding a grudge is like swallowing poison and expecting someone else to get sick?

Dump em and move to MN. Start legally debt free. Protected by Minnesoat state law.

Cause in America the poor man is not meant to end up in the street and laws keep that from happening.

Other debter friendly states include Texas (No wage attachment), Michigan (also good with wages) and New York (up to $2500 in a bank can not be touched or seized no matter what).

Most states allow 120 times the fed min wage monthly exempt. Minnesota is 160 times the fed min wage or about $1280. But you would qualify for public assistance so in essence you can go up to $1890.

Same is given to someone leaving prison. For 6 months you can not touch someone leaving prison. The little guy is allowed to try and start over without the corporate and big banking thieves and lawyers bleeding you dry.

Bankruptcy is not needed. Keep the money till they sue you. Then file for BR IF needed which prob is not even needed for most people. Anytime.. BR removes all judgements, liens and everything else.

Checked google street view, it is indeed a motion detector light that the cat keeps initiating. Keep the cat inside and it won't be so disruptive to the neighborhood by triggering everyone's lights.

Correct. Although I was 47, 49, and 51 when the eviction notices came. I am double nickles now.

If anyone wants to put their money where their mouth is I will scan one notice in.

But I am not bothering for nothing.

They served me to shut him up. He was over to the office complaining EVERY fucken day. Some of the guys who work in the park told me so.

Back then.. no longer as Lucky was smart and went around his lot the last few years to get to the woods.
