Lighting is a bit hard to teach from a book and impossible to teach off a board.

So many variables. Equipment, ability, location, style, etc. The room or out doors and the style and your equipment, then your ability will all lead to varying answers.

He was also posting new sets on this very forum and saying he shot them when he wasn't the one shooting them. I didn't say anything at the time but someone else finally called him out on it after the fact and he admitted that he wasn't shooting anymore.
