If a website accepting Visa and Mastercard or any other form of payment is not compliant with the policies, terms, conditions and acceptable use policies of those payment service providers then they should expect nothing more than to be shut down ?

Legitimate companies who do comply with the law and the rules set by them by their payment processing providers have nothing to fear.

What exactly is wrong with shutting down websites who choose to act outside the law or outside of the rules laid down to them by their service providers ?
