Did you know that the best time to act on an AUP breach with a host is early afternoon Friday ? The reason for this is action is then taken mid afternoon and the legal people then go home for the weekend.

uploads of child pornography. The "Uploader" was using a Server from Estonia,
but we do log ip from every session and one IP was from Australia.

The Affiliate had 23 Fraud Premium Salesin 3 days and illegal porn. We immediately deleted the content, contacted our payment gateways and local authorities. Our local authorities are currently in touch with the Australian authorities. But unfortunately, we were too late and we lost all our merchant accounts and we do use resellers for now. However, seven payment processors accepted us and we're currently implenting them.

For the future, all transactions will be on hold for 14 days.
We do monitor our sites permanently now.

They have never been invited into our collaboration systems and they have never had access to our databases or systems. Reputable DMCA agents do have access to our collaboration system and some are members of Adult IP.

The most contact we have had with them is when they have sent us a few emails with information that led us nowhere anyway.
