Just heard that the HAARP Array running non-stop 2 weeks before Hurricane Sandy (turned off just today). It has never run this long before and instead ran for only about 12 minutes at a time in the past. This run shot 3.6 million watts per hour out of its 180 Antennas into the ionosphere.

Back when this happened I remember being in the middle of a heated discussion on another webmaster board with a well known IT lawyer about chem trails and it being a "conspiracy theory". I just believe that weather manipulation testing could be a possible explanation why recent storms have been getting stronger and stronger. HARPP bouncing energy off the ionosphere, cloud seeding, chem spraying. Who knows what affect these have on our planet..

Of course - manipulating the weather via a chemical process isn't new, and isn't even a wild idea. (Changing the temperature and or the amount of moisture in the air via chemicals for example has been done before). Alot of people believe though that somehow HARRP "controls" the weather, and does so by electronic means, by remote control, etc which of course it doesn't.
