The Minister of Funds in Motion says there is nothing to worry about ...

He is willing to meet you at the UPS Store in Pointe Claire, Quebec, to further discuss this matter, and if you have a small penis, he has you covered as well.

i am sorry, but before the cards expired, there was two threads on gfy, and in one i stated that you must get your money out before the expiration, otherwise your money are frozen, and, i am sorry, but lost ... i have been asking this twice by support ticket and got info that those money are lost, and i have posted this on gfy, so maybe no worry means no money for you now ... ... have luck anyway ...

It's ridiculous how much complaints there are about Paxum.
I have an account there but i prefer to use it as little as possible because 1 wrong move and they block your shit instantly.

Yes i think i read it but kind a forgot about it since i was busy.Still that could be easily solved by automated moving funds to wallet,or they could even send a mail warning about that a day/two before, but no it seems they dont give a shit.

A paxum kind a remind me to microsoft windows -you hate it,you know linux would work much better then windows, but you are still forced to use windows because apps you need works only on windows.(and in this case sponsors which you use support only paxum)

I have it asked and got reply , and support replied that they will transfer back to wallet in "shortest possible time" whatever that means...

So money is not lost, but time frame to get it back is unknown by support, they just know it will be "shortest possible time" 8 days and still nothing, it's small sum so i don't care too much about it, but i don't like when somebody don't have time frame for getting my back into flow again, i am worried then...

Crazy that people in this biz just can't get their shit together unless its to rob and steal. Suddenly, they become real efficient then.

Why is it so hard to comprehend that you can't fuck with peoples money.. ever. Not under any circumstances?

Why is it so fucking hard to comprehend that customer service is important? If you have a ticket system, use the fucking thing. I would fire everyone if i had a business that had customers/clients running to public forums to be helped because they had questions about access to their own fucking money.

Unreal how inept people are in this biz.

Not responding to customer support tickets is something you control 100%

Why have ticket system and then force people to come to the boards... then tell people on the boards to contact you by email?

There is no excuse for poor customer service,... ever. It's not a joke, its people's money.

I do not handle tickets - when I ask to be contacted regarding your issue it is for me to contact support on your behalf and see if there is anything I can do to speed things up.

Move it off the boards at all costs.
People might start publicly comparing notes.

Unfortunately a lot of programs jumped on Paxum right after epass and use it as their only form of payment. I've been using Paxum since they started but now I'm going to have issues because I lost wallet and now live in another state and jumping through all kinds of hoops just to get my ID fixed. In the mean time, Paxum sent me an email saying I have to update my ID. Well it's not that easy since I'm already scrambling to fix it on my end. So now I have to freeze sponsor payments so it doesn't get all f**ked up on Paxum's end.

I don't have this problem with Payoneer, Alertpay, Paypal, Netspend, or other processors, just Paxum. (Netspend isn't a processor but US people can do card to card transfers for free and instantly).

On top of that, Payoneer uses Choice bank without problems so the issue is definitely Paxum's.

Right now I'd almost take a check but I'm afraid that would only bounce from more than one sponsor in today's environment.

Hi there,

I'm sorry you're having difficulties as a result of losing your wallet and ID.

Every single Paxum account must be verified with a valid picture ID and proof of address at the time of verification. When that ID expires, it must be replaced in our system so that we ALWAYS have a current valid ID for every single one of our clients. This is part of our KYC process that is required by our banking and credit card partners.

Perhaps other providers don't follow the same guidelines to the same degree as Paxum does; I cannot comment upon other providers methods or adherence to the rules.

All I can say is that here at Paxum we strictly follow the rules to ensure our business and our customers are not compromised.

Please feel free to email me with your Paxum account email and ticket # and I'd be happy to look into your situation and see if I can assist you in any way.

[email protected]

marlboroack; if you're concerned and want to withdraw all your funds at once, and they are more than $2,500 USD (the daily limit on the Paxum Mastercard), then please note that we do also offer both wire and check withdrawals so that you do not have to wait.

Note:your funds wont be frozen if you dont send id,you only wont be able to use card, you can still withdraw money by using other methods.
I see Ruth posted around same time as me but i remember when i had to submit new id it was clearly stated in mail how i will only lose card if i dont submit it.

It doesn't work that way-first payoneer is barely supported by sponsors, only few of them use, plus last time when i used them they sucked totally. They improved a bit in the meantime, but since there is limited amount of sponsors it doesn't matter anyway.

It's a simple mathematics- using paxum is saving a lot on check and wire fees.As longest you withdraw money asap on card when you receive funds, you will minimize chances to lose money, you can even make it 100% secure by keeping funds on card since card money is controlled by bank not paxum.

I don't even have a paxum card. I just think it's dumb that I've been a member since 2010 and because a piece of paper expired, I'm not me anymore.

But I don't hear my bank calling me up asking for new ID.
