Jules, It clearly states on the form right by where you sign to use a blue pen.

Let me know if you want me to get the form resent to you.

Blue? Any particular reason? I would have to go to the store to find one as most places prefer black.

Years ago people wanted blue over black because it makes it easier to tell it hasn't been photocopied. Since a scan isn't a real copy anyway it seems strange though.

Well, logic tells me that you can tell you have the original by feeling the back of the paper; you will feel the indentations on the paper. That is why courts require black and have no problem differentiating between the original and a copy.

How long until you guys require a DNA sample?

On a more serious note: How are all these "security measures" helping protect customers of Paxum? Can you revert funds if people scam other people into paying for something they aren't getting?

Yeah, I was rejected for black ink, as well. I believe that was the last rejection, before I was finally approved!

My lawyer only lets me sign in blue. We should embrace professionalism when it pops up in adult business. I find it comforting Paxum examines documents for compliance with bank regulations (I presume). Hopefully we won't get Mallick'd. I'm still out $8000, how about you?

Professionalism is always welcome. However, lets hope their security matches their professionalism, because with the amount of identification and to the extent of detail they ask for, is going to become a nightmare when the inevitable hack comes and everyone's full res IDs, bill info, and blue inked signed docs are stolen. Knowing all the detail they need, I'm surprised they have not been hit already. Then again, if they were, I doubt they would make a press release about it.

Have luck everyone.

I understand the theory of blue ink, ive done my share of contracts just seemed a little overboard, I dont think i've had a contract that stipulated blue ink in a while lol... I think were a pretty easy company to authenticate... anyway hope it makes it easier for our affiliates!

So was wondering where our paxum account was, so we had to ask our rep (who never contacted us that there was a problem) what is going on, it appears that they would not accept our acct. (after I signed a cc authorization form) because the credit card used for funding had a diff corporation name on it, even though it had my name on it, it was rejected.....jesus, does it have to be this hard? its like buying a house....is there any alternative funding options for affiliates that you prefer?

Hi Jules,

I've been dealing with Ezra directly about this.

Paxum is unable to accept a credit card for a business account that has a different corporation name on it from that of the verified Paxum account information. That is considered a 3rd party load, and we are not authorized for 3rd party Credit Card transactions.

At the moment we are only able to process a credit card that bears the same name as the Paxum account-holder, which in your case was the company name due to it being a business account. The information must match or it will be automatically rejected by our system when a transaction is attempted.

I'm sorry this issue has not been resolved as simply as one would have hoped at first (I will remind you that the resubmitted form was approved quickly once completed in blue ink).

If you have an alternate credit card bearing the same company name as verified in your Paxum account please give that a try instead. Alternatively, we can change your company name within your Paxum account to reflect the correct name on your credit card; all we would need in order to do that is a request through the Message Center of your Paxum account, along with a business registration scan to verify the company name.

Once your card is confirmed to your account, you will be able to use that card to fund your account any time you wish.

I hope you'll be interested in giving this another try with us, as I'm sure your webmaster affiliates would appreciate receiving their JulesJordanVideo payments via Paxum.

I'll follow-up again with Ezra today and see how you wish to proceed.

Thanks,

Ruth

Here in Hungary its pretty general rule that you need to use a blue pen for all the important paperwork. There's nothing special about this

Generally I would recommend providing your affiliates with as many options as possible to receive their funds. Payoneer offers companies a complete global payout solution, allowing you to send payments to payees via prepaid debit cards, local bank transfers, wire transfers, and US ACH (each payee can choose the payment option they prefer). It's entirely free of charge to sign up as a Payoneer partner, and the process is very quick and simple.

If you're interested in receiving further details, please let me know. [email protected]

Let me just chime in here real fast. Nissim hit me up on ICQ a couple of days ago (at my request). It took less than 1 hour for account re-activation AND a new card issued to me (I signed up previously but never used the account so it was in a locked status).

I have even moved to a new house since the original signup and never had to supply any new documentation Just like my bank when I moved... I logged into the account and simply edited my profile, typing the new info into the form and I was done. My name, phone number, country, province, etc all the same.

I'm dreading the thought of having to change my address in Paxum and applying it to my card.

I've used Paxum exclusively since ePassporte. While I certainly enjoy the Paxum service, the ticket support leaves you dealing with what can be best described as illiterate imbeciles. Thus, quality of ticket support ultimately encourages customers, and certainly me, to consider alternative options. It's a shame because Paxum is otherwise decent to deal with.

Ruth/Chris, you two should give up Paxum and go work for a company that actually invests in qualified, functionally literate, ticket support reps.

Takes much less time to just use a blue pen then to come on here and but about the fact that you got rejected for using a black pen. It specifically states BLUE pen so it's not like you had no idea.
