The above is good advice; also, thanks to Mike South's suggestion to me probably 18 years ago, the night before an important shoot, I take 50 MG of Zinc (drugstores and some supermarkets carry it in their vitamin and supplements section); for the next day's, money shot, I shoot thicker, whiter, and more voluminously; CAUTION, though------since some bodies build up a resistance to the "burst" of added Zinc, it's best to wait at least 4-6 days before taking more zinc and expecting the next burst of zinc to be just as helpful.

Thanks for the props dave I have found a very safe routine that maximizes volume

this is it

1. take a multi vitamin daily (Centrum or whatever)

2, supplement it with 400 IU of Vitamin E 2x a day this increases volume

3. 50 Mg chelated zinc supplement daily this increases the consistency ( do not over do the zinc...its hard on the liver 50 mg a day with the daily is safe

4. 24 hrs between pops min 48 -72 will get you the max

it wont get any bigger than this
