should be 135lb - 45 plates plus Olympic bar.

crossfit is all about strength endurance and GPP so you won't see any heavy weight or max strength on display.

It's kinda gay they make working out a sporting event.

It's all about marketing. It is kind of a cult like experience once you start to hang out at the local gym. Our local guy finished top 10 last year at the games.
