There is none stealing any money. If an account is closed with an excessive CB ratio or with penalties due to illegal transactions from Visa or MC we are holding funds until the storm is over or the fines are imposed.

This sounds like typical ISO/third party passing the fees/fines onto the merchant who was likely doing some questionable things too.

There's not much information from either side to logically claim that its exactly this or that.

I'd be suspect of the OP's story, seems he isn't being as upfront about the situation as he should have been, but then again, it looks like he revealed what he did to provoke a response from the third party payment corp, and got precisely what he wanted, all without exposing himself or what he was doing. Its not a bad thing, I'd chalk this one up to him as a win.

Of course if you had been doing all of this through my payment system, you wouldn't be having any of these problems, because we don't practice the same nonsense that all of these third party reseller middlemen of other middlemen and zero-logic bank acquirers waste time with. But then again, it doesn't seem like you can reach our minimums anyway so I'm just going to be an asshole about it and leave it at that.

Crazy shit. Sad thing is the hold up and CB's probably had nothing to do with the OP. Somebody decided to use his site for their CC scamming and honest people get fucked while the banks protect themselves by holding the cash for months.

Tomas got back to me and they finally admitted to owing me money. The exact amount is $32,627.00

They explained how my chargebacks were too high and fines from mastercard and visa will most likely eat up all of my $32,627 but they will get back to me in September letting me know.

I know for a fact mastercard and visa will not fine me. Overall cb rate on my account was 1.69%.

Here is what most people do not understand. Visa and MasterCard look at the VOLUME and chargeback rate. If someone does 100 sale and gets 10 chargebacks, then that is a 10% cb rate. I can guarantee you that nothing will happen to that account. It doesn't work like that. Since I was also most likely on an aggregated account then it really wouldn't matter if I had one bad month.

Has anyone here ever had a Zombaio account closed and gotten paid?

Nah. I load balanced this zombaio account with about 4 others and sent all 5 mid's the same traffic and I had absolutely no issues with the other accounts and cb's.

I think they switched banks. I looked at the cb's I got and they were from 4 months of sales. Why report 4 months of cb's in 1 day? I got them reported to me in 1 day! So there I was streaming along thinking everything was fine, then BAMN, 10% cb's and your account is gonzo all in 1 day. It just is not fair.

CB ratios are calculated on a monthly basis and taken into account for the previous month's transactions.

They will send me a standard form letter that visa and mastercard send out in September stating that they were fined $15,000 to $18,000 for excessive chargebacks due to account # blah blah blah and when I ask them what account number that is they will say it was the aggregated account I was under with them.

So Basically it will prove nothing.

Also you usually don't get fined if you have excessive chargebacks for just 1 month. Usually you get warnings first and if it keeps continuing you get fines. Also you usually need to be above a certain amount of CBs (I think it's 150 CBs for Visa EU) in a month before it becomes really an issue.

We started processing just fine with zombaio back in 2008 for about 3 and a half years without any issues what so ever!

1 charge back and I mean literally only 1 single charge back in 3 1/2 years on thousands of transactions.

Payouts were never late until shortly after the arrival of Michael O to the company.

Payouts started to get disorderly as well as late. I mean recurring payout issues one after the other.

I came to the boards and let zombaio know it was unacceptable.

SO I knew demanding they stop screwing up payouts might have repercussions and it did...They waited for the most flimsy reason they could find to close our account and they did.

They paid me the settlements that were due and they were behind like 3 payouts, so they paid all the payouts in at once.... BUT THEY KEPT ALL REBILLS and have yet to send me any proof that they have not pocketed the 3 years of accumulated rebills

Hope this helps show you a thing or two about middlemenry and why you need to be on the offensive with them...give them an inch and they will literally take a thousand

Huge affiliate networks search for any excuse to get their hands on their biggest affiliates money, sometimes when they cant find anything that is not in their terms they just go for really anything possible even fake stuff, no first and no last time. Yeah, Richard, I am... But for a very long time I wasn't publicly admitting it. Now I don't advertise it really, but that's also because my minimums are still high and I'm kind of a fan of people trying out everyone else, failing or getting raped, and then coming to me. Or they come in from referrals.

Of course, my payments corp is totally separate from WF, and I also keep the name private for as long as I can. In fact, I'm going to have to find someone to run day to day ops on WF since I need to focus on boarding all of the merchants from the third parties and other ISO's in this industry and other high risk markets. Their days are pretty numbered anyway, so it was only a matter of time until someone like me came around and ruined the fun.

Most ISO's and third parties I've encountered, especially in the high risk space, are just fucking clueless. They've absolutely shot themselves in the foot over and over again, and while I respect their game, especially from a high profit low cost perspective, they have mostly chosen to screw their clients rather than empower them.

So whatever... changes are coming. I'm filing patents on my risk management products and one will show you guys how to focus more on marketing and innovating your industry, while my crew takes risk and turns it into profit.

Oh yeah.. say bye bye to chargeback fees too. We always cover those for our clients. All Visa/MC fees too. And our disc rates are low. Soooo goodluck competing with me.

If it's an aggregated account number then its their problem not yours. But they will do whatever they want and make vague bullshit explanations, thats the way they operate.

Typically if you want to get by with over 1% CB's on a processing account then you also need to stay under 20k/mo in dollar volume as well because even if you are within the card association guidelines and well under their thresholds that is still a high enough volume of sales to theoretically go over the limit and risk analysis at the ISPS will freak out because they know it won't be long before the acquiring bank becomes concerned, who in turn doesn't want unnecessary attention from Visa and Mastercard.

So everybody is covering their asses and you got thrown under the bus. If Zombaio wasn't such a joke they would have put you on a dedicated MID like CCBill does and I would be willing to guess others do.

But you get what you pay for. Zombaio has or had free set up and remember if you aren't paying then you are not the customer, you are the product and now you are being consumed.

I tried to send demand letters via my lawyer, however they dont even accept service for letters.

How awesome is that? how to avoid lawsuit? dont accept any certified mail etc. Anyway, I looked at bringing suit on them overseas (I forget exactly which country) , if you want, I can give it all to you. or, alternatively, with the amount of money now involved, I bet we might have a little more clout.

hit me up if they dont pay you, we could assign the receivables to an llc and chase them down (around 50-60k, I'm sure at that point we can make it worth our time in legal fees to these scammers)
