I also have a habit of staying away from people who cause stress. You see them all the time - people who have all kinds of personal problems love to pull everyone else into them. We have lots of friends, but we stay away from the ones who are basket cases.

I pretty much cut stress OUT of my life on Oct 26, 2011.
I was forced to. Now, when I even come CLOSE...I stop what I am doing, regardless of what that is, or deadlines I may have self-emposed.

After what happened to me that day, and the weeks & months that followed after that 2 week hospital stay... NOTHING is worth stress in my life...

Diet, exercise, and all these damn meds they have me on have my BP under control, and I am significantly healthier...and zero headaches or migraines (after 33+ years of them).
