unique content maybe have some content given only too a few webmasters say,
the first 5 webmasters gets a new set they can use for a couple of months then after the 2 months are up you can hand it out to the other webmasters, then go onto the next set of 5 webmasters do the same etc.. once you've reached all your of your webmasters in your list, start over and do it again..

Also have some sort of do great prizes and really really do this and not just make it up like a few sites I know have done in the past, say::
The top 5 webmasters with sales over 50 get to choose from a list, on that list have it setup like,
top prizes are, 1 Ipad,1NoteBook,1desktop pc,1 Top of the line motherboard and CPU.
have it so each webmaster that can get a prize are allowed to only pick 1
then move down the list 5 runner ups 25 to 45 signups Prizes tickets to movies,$150.00, or a year worth of hosting etc see where im going with this! *shrugs*

I think you will need to really really treat your aff's like gold now I don't mean to bend down and suck their toes lol but treat the ones that are making you money treat them good!

Good luck PS,
NEVER EVER EVER lie to the webmaster, if something is fucked up and the webmaster ask, tell them the truth don't give them parts of the truth etc.. good luck bro I know you are a good guy and would treat aff's good.

Tom

PPS if you do the prize thing please don't make it so hard to reach for the regular webmaster make it pretty easy to achieve ya know!

quality content. Always helps to have a little information for the models. Even just a FHG dump that includes the models name. It's amazing how many programs don't take the time to offer that information with their FHG dumps.

I agree with conversion ratios but if you have quality content then you have good conversion ratios most of the time.

for me, it is key feature. I am signet to hundreds sponsors and I don't have them on my mind, but those who are sending FHG on email have much bigger exposure on my sites, even if their conversion is low. I simply don't have time to browse member zones, trying to figure out what is new and what is not.

I would have to think in today's market the only thing that really matters is conversions. *Show me the money* saying is probably never more true then now.

I agree with this. I got a Christmas Card from CrakRevenue a few days ago and even though it's just a crappy piece of card that cost like 50 cents I appreciate the effort.

I only earned a couple hundred bucks through CR but several thousand bucks through other sponsors, from these I have had nothing, nada, zip.

If nothing else, this type of tactic would earn loyalship (is this a word)?

Payment methods... Only to have check payment is old school, wire transfers is a must if not some online wallet... And no fees on the payments...

And ofcourse unique content and good conversions but thats obvious

I was recommended to get paypal. paxum ,payoneer Should there be others that affiliates want I will have good niche handjob content , exclusive , but conversions will be a wait and see thing wont it? Ive been in this biz a very long time and shoot very well. So content should be good.

A personal touch helps. I remember getting phone calls from my iGallery rep back in the day, just checking in to see what he could do to help me. I worked with many sponsors, but this was the best at reaching out -- as someone said, "making the effort"

Likewise, once upon a time boxes of steaks or other gifts would show up on my doorstep for my birthday and at Christmas, sent by sponsors, billing companies and other service providers -- little touches that can go a long way towards that "loyalship" -- but efforts that do not seem as common today.

Forget the B.S. promos and sliding scales used to lure the noobs. When an affiliate hits a certain level, send them a bottle of champagne and a "congrats!" note.

A personal touch can help yes but calling was the least I wanted sponsors to do at FreeOnes. Just mail me. However now at the other side of the fence I will start calling people :D

Many thanks for this info, icymelon! Already updated all our FHG's and add model names for almost all of them
now it's simple to export them in such format:

Kind of already happens because use of third party cookies is becoming more and more obsolete. I would venture 15% affiliate sales lost due to this.

Thanks a lot, Its highly appreciate.

As an affiliate first It helped me a lot that programs spent time talking with me, answering question, giving me insights.

I recall when Wizzo, Biggy ect use to talk with me for very long time even if i was making one sales per period. It kept me motivated and I've learn lots of things from their collaboration.

Its now really important for me to show our affiliates that we care cause I do know that it help make a difference and that the current small fish can be my next huge whale.

If you don't have a good idea when it comes to this already, you probably shouldn't bother developing any paysites.

Its got to make me a positive ROI and that's all that matters! I usually will take recommendations from a few trusted friends or just use my own knowledge and test it.

Just to quote a source:

"Q. Why would Firefox?s changes particularly hurt small businesses?

A.The Firefox browser has an approximate 15-20 percent market share. If Firefox blocks third-party cookies, it could cause a possible 15-20 percent loss of income for small business owners?a significant amount. This change would also serve to drive advertisers away from ad networks, which would inhibit them from advertising on small publisher sites and create even a greater loss. Many would go out of business."

Compatability- working with a site where the content complements and even enhances the promotion of the service/product.
