As about free medicine. Yes, it's really free here. When I was a young boy, I always wonder why Americans use their own cars to deliver their pregnant women with contractions to a clinic. I mean there is a free ambulance which has a flashing light (total priority on the roads) and there is at least one doctor who can take birth right during the transportation. The answer came later. The ambulance service is not free in the "1st world country"... Even removing of appendix or fixing of broken arm will cost you a money there

There are places in this "modern" world that are so backwards and dirty, they seem like they have been pulled straight from the Middle Ages. These pictures were taken of a hospital allegedly in Boyarkino village, Russia. It is not far from Moscow, a major city center, but what you will see here will make you sick. The facility is obviously run-down, full of mold and bacteria. There can't possibly be one sterile room in the entire hospital, yet people are forced to use it. They have no other choice. Staying home would be better than entering this death trap.

Free is free. The paid one is also available. So you have a choice: pay for a special service in hospital or use a free one. By special service I mean one room per person, personal TV, computer etc. To sum it up, we have a choose here: use free medicine or paid one in commercial clinics. You have no such a choice.

Personally, being born & raised in Malibu/Hollywood/Santa Monica (USA, California) since birth, I can say that I do NOT like American women - their attitudes, looks, wants, needs, blah blah blah.

I'm always attracted to foreigners from the Russian or Euro side of the planet. There's something in the fucking water and gene pool that is so fucking alien looking in the best possible way. Not to mention the different attitudes they have towards life, love and relationships. I've dated, been with, lived with girls from all over this country (a lot of tourists to be sure), and then I ended up settling (the last 3) with non-Americans.

As far as our country goes, to the foreigners reading this, I take no responsibility for Bush and what he did during his time in office. Indeed, it was a weird time after 911 and watching his cabinet brutally ruin our global image. Hopefully that has changed a bit now in the last years.

The one thing I will point out is our Media. Influencing Media worldwide whereby you all copy us and give in to our ridiculous sensationalism where we have made actual murderers into multi-million album/CD selling gangsta rappers. We STILL encourage racism through our stupid shootings covered country wide that they make global news outlets, and let's not forget that absolute fact that America is crazy about crime, prison population and a laughing joke to the UK..

You don't see Americans leaving to emigrate to Russia, meanwhile millions of Russians have left Russia to make new lives in the United States.

Capitalism by its nature has winners and losers, there is a large underclass in the US, larger than in more socialistic countries. The US has done almost everything it can do to give a helping hand up to the black community - it just doesn't work, you could give every black person in America a gift/reparations of $100,000, come back in 10 years to see how it worked out for them, maybe 10% would have used the windfall to better their futures, 90% would be in the same state they were in before falling into money.
