Yo ! Squealer ! Texas Cop Suspended After Footage Emerges of Brutal Pool Party Arrests ( VIDEO )

On Saturday, video was uploaded to Youtube of police officers screaming at and arresting children outside a pool party in Texas. One officer, confronted by two boys while grabbing a young girl by the neck and shoving her head towards the ground, pulls his gun and points it at them.

According to a police statement posted to Facebook, McKinney, Texas police responded on Friday evening to a ?disturbance? call regarding a group of teenagers who ?do not live in the area or have permission to be there.?

A fight had reportedly broken out when the police were called. ?When the cops showed up everyone ran, including the people who didn?t do anything,? the description of the Youtube video reads. ?So the cops just started putting everyone on the ground and in handcuffs for no reason. This kind of force is uncalled for especially on children and innocent bystanders.?

I think it is justified ... the girl in the yellow bikini probably had a record and was armed ... ( ... ) ... He feared for his life ....

My opinion is same as it's always been. MOST confrontations with police that end badly are the direct result of the actions of the person being arrested.

i noticed that the 2 cops that rushed into the camera frame right after psycho pulls out his gun seem to initially react in a way that looks like they want to pull him back and stop him but something comes over both of them and they let him go and go into defense.

at least it appears like that to me.

It looked like the kids were already leaving. I think the Napolean complex cop there was upset the kids were not moving fast enough or that the kids were talking smack....neither of which deserves being thrown to the ground and having the cop put knee pressure on the back of the girl.

If you notice, the cop keeps telling the black people to leave. But there is one overweight white guy in yellow polo/shorts who never leaves and gets very very close to the cop while the cop is manhandling the black girl. Why did the cop not arrest him if he arrested the pther black people for allegedly not leaving the scene?

Who is that guy? He doesn't seem to be an undercover cop by his actions. Why would there even be an undercover cop in this situation anyhow.

Actually, there's a number of white guys in shorts who do not leave the scene. They stand very close to the officer and black girl. I wonder why the cop does not insist that those people also leave the immediate area if he really was intending to clear the scene to deal with the situation.

Second, NO ONE WINS AN ARGUMENT/ALTERCATION WITH A COP. All you will do is escalate the situation and get additional charges against you. (or shot!)

If you are treated unfairly take it up later with the press, a judge, an attorney, the city council, etc. Arguing with a cop or recommending resisting shows a lack of situational awareness that is staggering.

You know they always justify their over reacting by saying that the adrenaline kicks in when they are in a situation such as this...

The same thing happens to a civilian and even more so! Just imagine that most civilians do NOT have any "training" to deal with these situations (as the police are supposed to have) so their adrenaline also kicks in...it's basic biology - fight or flight response!

1. I would shut off the car on put the keys ob the dashboard
2. I would keep both of my hands on the steering wheel at 10 and 2 until instructed to give them my hack license, drivers license, insurance & registration.
3. I would only answer "yes, officer" or "no, officer" to any questions.
4. If I was to be given a summons I would say nothing - and let the cop do the talking.
5. I would receive the summons, start the car, pull away and find the nearest legal parking space.
6. I would document what had just happened, including taking photographs at the scene of the alleged infraction.
7. I would delay the case the three times as allowed under the rules.
8. When the court date actually came 2-3 years later (and past the 18 months of possibly getting a points violation), I would show up with my evidence in a powerpoint presentation. On 11 tickets, all but one were won by either default or evidence.

Recap: If you have the misfortune of being in contact with the police, say nothing or do nothing inflammatory. Get your justice on the back end. And if you have the opportunity: WALK AWAY, ESPECIALLY IF BEING DIRECTED TO DO SO. FILE A LAWSUIT LATER IF JUSTIFIED.

+1 - I watched the video on CNN. The whole scene was a cluster fuck. If the text is true at the end of the video, numerous calls were made to police about kids fighting and kids refusing to leave. It is a pool for the community and the kids getting hammered by the cops are not in the community. They were asked to leave. They refused.

We are in the wild wild west on the internet still but its slowly changing. Soon enough there will be city ordinances about publishing events with city employees on social media. true but these are just kids. the girl he yanked the ground is only 14. a lot of people feel they shouldn't have to put up with being degraded and humilated over something they may not have done but i agree in the end its easier to just say yes sir, etc and take it up with someone in an actual position of power. you might even get a good payday out of it. i know its not always easy to do in the heat of the moment though.

Of all the people fleeing the scene, it was the 14 year old girl in a bathing suit he focussed on. Even after she was on the ground that wasn't enough for this cop. At the time she was screaming and emotional. That girl will be scarred for life. Pathetic.

it's hilarious to see but in context with the whole video, it's a sad part of the clearly psychotic fanatic craze he has over him. Yeah looks like he tripped on the roots of the tree or something. Knowing that jarred him, then the girls screaming at the top of their lungs, then the two dudes rushing towards the cop, one with his hand going towards his back pocket, I can see why he might be tempted to get his gun out.

But I had to screencap the frame below and post it. Gun drawn in one hand, the other touching that girl? Right after this she calms down, says she wants her Mom, he puts the gun back in the holster and instead of chilling, picks her up throws her on the grass and tries to bury her fucking face in dirt.
