Tesla Model X - wtf?

seriously?

what did the designer smoke to create that accident on wheels?

and besides free electricity - does it also come with a free insurance when your kids keep bumping the doors into the cars parked next to yours?

also VERY practical when it rains or you have snow on your roof...

that's a fantastic looking vehicle.

those doors are brilliantly designed to fold up and out of the way in tight spots like parking lots.

It was bearable and possibly trendy right up until I saw that ridiculous price. For that price, I rather go buy the new NSX and have spare change left over to buy a Pontiac Aztec to haul kids if I had any

If it had normal doors, it would at least look like an acceptable crossover SUV. But they had to go and be special.

PS - Is it a sedan or an SUV? I cant tell

For $140k I could max out the Audi Q7 and convert it to wheelchair accessible. And it's a hell of a lot sexier.

I guess it's a matter of taste. I like it. "Back To The Future" fans from the 80's can now get a family car that reminds them of a Delorean.

If you check the website at Tesla Motors | Premium Electric Vehicles it's actually a pretty cool design. The door setup like this lets a family get into the car much more easily, lets you stand upright while inside the car, and won't hit the cars parked beside it. Aesthetically it looks kind of weird but actually the design makes sense, at least in the initial viewing.

Probably soon. The Model S's already ship with cameras and sensors that allow for self driving when the next software update is issued. I would expect that they will offer the same technology in the Model X, at least as an option.

It' uses no gas so it doesn't pollute. It uses no gas, so its cheaper to run. It uses an EV motor so its lighter and more efficient. It has gull wing doors so its easier to board and exit. Like the Model S, it's super fast too. If I wanted an SUV I would seriously consider a Model X over other cars in its class.

Regardless of your need to insult based on things you makeup , I'm right. In fact, elon musk knows this too. That's why tesla is working on the model 3, look it up sometime.
