Yes, that one. In Russia it's known as Caribbean crisis. Right now we have no nukes on Cuba as well as the States have no nukes in Turkey, but the overall situation is very unstable. According to the local news, some additional SA-22 Greyhound and SA-17 Grizzly (AKA BUK) systems were sent to Syria. Those are made to work together: SA-17 to intercept high flying targets like bombers and jet-fighters (50 km range for targets like F-15) and SA-22 against the low flying ones like cruise missiles etc (can hit a target with a zero attitude). I don't think that ISIS has anything of that...
