But also that email starts to getting newsletter from Chaturbate - not whitelabel.

Unless the model can help define what is "personal information", videos, images do not fall under the GDPR imho. Same as username.

I thought it was from the model. If its from google then yeah. It could work. careful what you have on your site that could break TOS though.

If you didn't embed something from a model that is not public then they can do nothing imo.

The models agreed with the TOS from CB that everything what is public can be used by us, or am i wrong?

Roboscripts embeds all info from Chaturbate API.
It is the same, or less what is showed on model pages on Chaturbate.

So if YOU don't embed anything else then from the CB API in Robo then you can fight it with the CB TOS.

The scenario you describe is what we all believe to be legit and it makes sense. It's probably enough to file a counter however we have no real life example to back this up. In short : how do you know their TOS will make you win in court if your counter is disputed?

I believe it is a little more complicated than that and that's why I am in favor of having cam sponsors handling this aspect of the business: they are the copyright owners of the tools, they give us license to use them, they wrote the TOS, they have a legal department and they know what is allowed content vs not allowed, they can get in touch and communicate with models & studios as well as affiliates. For example, AWEmpire have a process for these erroneous/abusive notices.

Given the following workflow, why is it up to webmasters to deal with that:
Cam sponsor promo tools => Webmasters => DMCA notices

-> notices are a direct consequences of doing our job

Has anyone noticed issues with the Chaturbate embeds not connecting quickly anymore? For me I am having to use a VPN to get them to load reliably.and then it still seems slower than it used to be.

As well I have tried doing things like accessing it via the cellular network and finding the same problem, or trying other sites like wpcamplugin.com.

I embed cams on different sites and they are loading in the same time as the site itself.

I feel it is something to do with Chaturbate's CDN in my area, but I can't prove it yet.

I use Cloudflare FREE.

8 days ago i had problems with cloudflare, all Robo sites not loading OK, only 5 black cams or the whole page with black cams.
That took half a day then it was working again, the sites that i have without Cloudflare where not affected and worked OK.
