February started really really bad for me... I had 2 days with a big fat $0.. Now it's getting back to normal.. I have a small script checking my stats every 15 minutes and notifying me on new sales in email..It's flooding my email account now with new notifications ;)

How do update this? I haven't received an update, where can get an update?

If you have the WP Robo Script go to your admin > plugins and check for updates at your Robo plugin

That script sounds good, no need to check the stats page over and over.

Everything was pretty normal before this updating phase, Either the update process has not been finished yet or something went wrong during update because my traffic has no changed, I just see this drop on the chaturbate stats

Is that all the email says, please post the entire email so we can figure out what the reason for the adjustment was. Please stop the with assertions that CB is shaving, its just plain ignorant and also gives them the ability to terminate your affiliate account.

I have a few installs of this. I think mine are all working. What version are you running and what's happening?

Yeah. It's pretty simple actually. It scrapes the Direct URL of the stats every 15 minutes, and checks if there are any changes or new values in the xml. If so, it saves the new sales in the db and sends me an email.

I will rewrite the whole thing in the upcoming days, as it's a mess right now, and post the entire source code if you are interested.

You only need a small database, a hosting account and you have to be able to set up cron jobs.

This is IMPORTANT for All Affiliates to read as I was really really surprised (pleasantly) by Chaturbate`s support this time.

A bit of backstory:

Maybe 3 weeks ago I asked how did a certain whale that spent around 7000 in a matter of 14 days suddenly disappear when I know for a certainty he is still active. I did not get an answer, I provided his first spending date, country, spending amount, last spend date and date of sign up. I still didn't get an answer.

Yesterday I have received this :

"Thank you for reaching out and for being an active Chaturbate affiliate. This case has been escalated to me for supervisory review and resolution. I appreciate your patience as I looked into the details of the account you’re describing. I can confirm that the referral in question did create a new account. However they were not “stolen" as this user’s account is not currently tied to any affiliate link. I’m also adding $1,456.89 to your current commission balance for the purchases completed by the user since they created the new account. He might not have liked his user name, sometimes things are as simple as that.
