I'm asking if people can check if their whitelabels are are redirecting from https:// to https://www correctly or also getting a connection closed error

This is normal, that way whitelabels worked all the time. I think no one will type in the browser https://....

As whitelabels are not indexable, promote them using domain.com
If you need https:// at the beginning do a search how to setup whitelabel on Cloudflare.

Correct, that is the way https works. You need a certificate for it to be secure, what happens now is that the domain without https is the unsecure http domain and getting redirected to https://www.

Set it up on Cloudflare to make all combinations work if it is important.

my whitelabels that are on a www. are working fine.

I do not have any that redirect from primary to www. so I can't test that but the 3 that I have on www are good.

The strange thing here is how bad sales are, yet record sign ups.

Yes, it looks that way, for Chrome at least. Lots of hits on the embeds but no signups.

This is a serious problem that needs to be fixed. We have stopped media buying for Chaturbate for now, and we are sending the traffic to their competition instead, unfortunately.

Has anyone reported this error to chaturbate?

The embedded cams are working fine here on Chrome and Firefox. Enough hits, but no signups.

Just tested signups on newest Chrome - embedded iframe, popup, cb and whitelabel - all of them were counted.

Just noticed now - when using full video mode as iframe - there is no tracking info in the iframe.
So if the user signups from actions inside iframe embed - regs will be counted without tracking info.
The second problem - if the user signups by clicking signup notice on the top inside iframe - the next will be full video mode of the same model - not so easy to get out from it to full cam listing.

The 'Unique Hits' column in your stats page is now 'Engaged Hits'. This change was made effective on February 3, 2025.

I see the same here, but on "date" the raw hits has numbers but not going up anymore, the engaged hits are on 0.

Out of that the last 5 days the hits where around 50% lower then normal.

Edit: Raw hits now slowly rising again.

Are earnings not displaying correctly? or do I just have an extremely shitty day?

Seems Feb 3rd revenue stopped reporting
