Is anyone else experiencing a delay with BTC payments specifically?

I received an email notice at 5:00 pm yesterday that a BTC payment would be sent (automated email) and now, as of 12 noon, nothing. There are 5 hours remaining in their 24-hour window but in the past it always arrives immediately after that initial email. I suspect nothing will actually show up. I've checked trackers too.

Usually get an email from Chaturbate before I receive a payout, but now I haven't received an email about sending a payout.

We're heading into a long weekend unfortunately. If you were in my position, might you hold off on contacting support and instead, test the system by requesting a daily payout to Cosmo or Paxum?
