What I fucking HATE about Paxum.

I put in an order for a new Paxum card on the 19th of June.

This request was confirmed by Paxum staff on the 21st of June.



I sent a message to Paxum staff on the 7th of July asking about details on the card printing. SEVEN DAYS LATER, Paxum staff got back to me, telling me that they expect my card to be printed 'within a few days'.

That was on the 17th of July, which was over 3 weeks ago. It has now been a total of 50 days since I ordered the card, and it STILL HASN'T BEEN PRINTED. No feedback, no information, no update schedule, not even a fucking 'sorry dude, it'll be at least 2 months until you get your card'.

I'm moving to England in a month, so I've got zero fucking clue if my card is going to arrive in time. I'm just at the mercy of a company that never communicates, never replies in time and never has any fucking information.

It's a total fucking joke, and it pisses me off to no end that this is the standard in adult entertainment. Like, are you fucking serious?

Oh, and ANOTHER POINT, why the FUCK does Paxum have a phone number listed on their 'Contact Us' page: https://www.paxum.com/contact-us/

You guys ever tried to ring this fucking number? It's literally fake, and gives you fake information. You call up, pick an option and you'll get put on hold for a minute with classical music before some automated bitch says "thanks for calling, leave a message and we'll get back to you".

It's literally impossible to get in contact over the phone with these assholes. Even if you select the "Business Account" option or, even worse the "I want to report my prepaid Mastercard stolen" option. It's total fucking bullshit: you shouldn't list a phone number for contact WHEN NO ONE CAN FUCKING CALL YOU.

2x at home and 1 literally at my bank to ensure the information input numbers were correct.

I found out why the new Paxum cards takes so long to arrive. It's a very complicated process

1. Paxum sends a letter with a Homing pigeon to the Amazon rainforest to a local midgets tribe and ask them for help.

2. The midgets ( after a 7 days ritual) proceed and extract the natural rubber from their village holy rubber tree.

3. The extracted natural rubber is shoved in the homing pigeon's ass and sent back to Paxum's headquarters where it is converted in a nice shiny worthless piece of plastic.

4. Now, the card is fabricated and printed but not sooner than our solar system planets align and do a celestial dance and the Harmonic Convergence ( the world's first globally synchronized meditation event) is done.

5.Card is ready to be shipped, so they stuff it in the same homing pigeon ass and send it to your address.

Done! Now you have a useless piece of plastic that will help you learn some Apache and Navajo ritual dances while waiting in front of your local ATM praying that the card will work!.

we have been informed in march that we will receive a new card. we wrote in may that it is not here and we got told to wait a few days more.
end of june they told us that the card must be lost but if we pay 70 dollars we get it in full speed and with tracking number. we did that - at the moment it looks like the card is not even printed yet and it is august now.

it´s not that I would need the 60 or70 K there urgently but it is not a good feeling after all those crashes we faced from other payment cards before and I would really have better ideas to park such a sum with profit somewhere else.
looks like many affiliate programs already stopped the payment via paxum for the same reasons and not one of my customers asked me in the past month for a paxum payment.

Exactly! Paxum is like Epass reincarnated! When it comes to payments paxum reminds me alot of them. To many similarities.

Paxum isn't a Bank. (Although there is a separate Paxum Bank.)

Epass and FirstChoice as cards, failed.

Do the Bank withdrawal. They offer so many currencies.

I have a Program that pays some of its Affils with Paxum, but my earnings are > $500 per semi-month pay period. I wouldn't know if they are affected by the $500 limitation that currently exist on Cards.
