Ok, i am starting to worry now.

Few days ago i finally got paxum payouts from networks (they are delayed for days).

Backtrack, my wire was validated July 2nd, until now i haven't received it yet.
I made another wire and was validated July 10th, thinking it was back to normal. Until now, nothing arrived in my bank account.

Before this issue, it only take 2 business days before it reflects in my account.

I got the $50 refund, plus the code for the next wire.
But heck, my wire is $xx,xxx and nowhere to be found.

They never give any specifics about it, all general responses.

Yeah, props to Paxum for actually mailing out affected customers, but as you say, it's a form letter with no specific information (apart from the coupon code)

I'd open a ticket and ask them to specifically chase up your payment.

BTW, Friday is over in Australia and still no sign of funds, so I'll be waiting a minimum of another 70 hours or so.

I had a wire processed on the 28th and reached out early this week as I hadn't received it.
Rep told me about the delays but that they would look into it.

Looks like it came through this morning.

So I wouldn't panic, seems like the backlog was legit.

How much is it? If you have Juicyads account, you can always load funds in it from Paxum and withdraw it with Paypal / WIRE etc...

Or you can try WIRE with Paxum again

I will wait for my ticket first, then i will go from there.
I also see, there is now a limit of $10,000 per wire withdrawal.

I see a currency conversion in my paxum account when i try to do that, so i guess that is doable.

I returned all my paxum funds to the company sender and asked them to do a regular wire instead.

Open up Eur account then link it to paxum after doing USD - EUR exchange, that would work

Dude... why are you shifting funds through Paxum+wire if the source can just send a wire themselves? Why would you want to involve a middleman like Paxum?

Individual wire is costly. I'm an affiliate with multiple programs and one time wire with paxum is just $50. Instead of individual wire of up to $250++ weekly total if I ask them to wire per program.

Not sure about the 'descriptor'.. but I see that WIRE came from same processor - DEK-CO. So, they are still with the old processor I guess... just slow this time.

Two problems with epayments however, I don't think they issue any new card. Most Aff programs are not supporting them.

Cmon ruth still no wire a week later. Just waiting for an email that paxum is exiting the US market or becoming the next epassporte. Taking a week for a wire isnt the answer.
