Anyone Hosting with Webair?

They're switching to Nerivon hosting - a new company taking over I guess.

I can't login and haven't been able to for a few weeks now.

Anyone able to login to the site?

I had a small VPS with them for like 9 years. It was quite outdated as I never asked for an upgrade. I considered closing it a few times but it worked well and support was always available via live chat when I needed it.

Sometimes last year they informed me that they are now focusing on cloud services and all VPS clients will be moved to their sister company OneHost. Wasn't happy about it but my new OneHost VPS should have better specs and I was too busy (lazy) to move my sites to other host so I said ok, let's do it.

It took them like 10 days to prepare new VPS and migrate the account... and it was still not done properly... the communication was very slow... I got angry and I asked them to close the account, and moved my sites elsewhere.

Hit me up if you have ssh access to the server itself and want to get moved to a new hosting provider.

M3 aims to please.

I closed my account and server with them ..

When I told them I want to close it (because I wasn't using it for years and was lazy lol), they said I must pay 1 month because of the contract etc.. and I'm with them over 10 years I paid the fucking month, but they're one shitty company with shitty/greedy ppl running it .. Never work with Webair

Fuck Webair

We've moved several new Mojo clients from Webair in the past few months. The setups were amazingly outdated and it seems the host didn't even bother upgrading customers that were still stuck on CentOS5, with very old hardware.

The Mojo team did a VERY challenging migration for me.

I lasted 1 day with them waaaaaaaay back in like 07 or some shit just to test something out. I was a much less patient person back then. Seems to have helped me dodge a bullet.

We tried to use them in the IP array GotWebHost provided; so many hidden fees we dropped them within a couple months. Of course they tried to charge us for leaving.

I have some client sites hosted with them. They have great support but hosting really isn't their business model anymore. They've gone more mainstream and more corporate and I can appreciate that.

I have had a virtual plan with them for 10+ years. Even though it was inexpensive, they definitely made money off me as these were very low traffic sites. Everything was working fine until a few years ago. They suddenly booted me to something called Onra Host, and then again to One Host late last summer. Each time this happened, things stopped working - email forwarding, WP scripts, etc. I was lazy but it took forever to test everything and get things working sorta right - and some things are still broken. Typical support emails go something like this, "When we moved your site, 'this-or-that' didn't transfer or update correctly, I will fix it," and then I had to go in a manually redo a bunch of stuff. It seemed like they needed to be prompted each time to make the needed updates.

They keep sending me an invoice to pay for this month but I can't login to pay it?

They won't even respond to my support requests to fix the login issue.

Time to move.

Webair used to have a fabulous tech team, always ready with helpful suggestions of genuinely useful recommendations, true partners in growth for clients with a bunch of servers with them.

Yeah. They were always good to me and their support was quick enough.

But now with the transition to this new company, it's not the same anymore.
