Paxum is evil !

Paxum was not bad system, but long time ago.

It all started when they deleted additional emails from user account. I don't understand why. I lost my old additional email in their system which brought me few dollars. It's a pity.

After that they started to ask selfie photo with current date and passport to make payment transaction. WTF is that? I don't know who is behind paxum, I don't know how they store private data. But they ask selfie. May be you need my medical card, guys? ))

You can't recover additional emails (which was deleted by them earlier) in their system. Imagine, they deleted additional email, after that you can't sign up with this email, you can't recover it in other account or in your account. That's crazy!

I don't know Paxum team. I've never seen their office photo or photo of their team, CEO.

Maybe Paxum team will send me selfie with their passports and current date?

I use bitcoin now, and I'm glad!

Thing is, you gotta understand they are legally required to identify their customers (KYC requirements) and they aren't just asking for that stuff for "shits and giggles" as they say.

Being an extremely private person I'm not really into it either, but it's not their fault at all. They legally have to do so.

Paxum has been little lax lately.. They stopped GBP Wire for my country and now they have another policy in place..

This is a nuisance tbh.. Previously the validation was instant! WIRE time shown in dashboard is 3-5 working days.. I don't think they can do that in 5 workings day anyways..

This is a headache as well. I tried uploading ids etc and going thru the app process.. but everytime it says not validated..

this happened since it got updated.. deleted the app now.

Indeed, when updating the application, it goes through a verification process again, which is very strange. It basically took me 5 minutes, which is fine considering my insurer wants me to smile and blink on camera...strange times.

maybe it is a bug ? They have two active bugs at the moment, and that is something I've noticed. There are probably more.

exactly...what's next, DNA sample, blood test, or something else? Why it worked just fine until now, I never had a problem. I don't have Fb, Instagram, or any kind of shit and I am not spreading my photos and private data online, probably like every rational person with enough brain. How do I know where my photos or videos will end?

No way I am trusting any of the companies so much and their employees especially after a long history of problems (security breaches, failed debit cards, bugs...)

I've deleted an app and won't use it anymore. Already looking for an alternative for another company asking for similar. Will make a separate thread about them soon

First they stopped wire transfers in $ currency, and now they removed the wire option completely and forcing me to use EFT which has HORRIBLE exchange rates.

Why would and company in the online banking industry disable wire transfer????????????
