My little company still works on selling paysite memberships on the regular affiliate model and although the business model changes and affiliates do fade out, we are still doing good.
We also started building legit tube sites, however, we have to rely on purchased traffic..

I still do the same stuff, but have upscaled mainstream and downscaled adult.

Plus 3d printing, drones, building guitars, hydroponic gardening, movie props, anything radio controlled, stuff I can do with my hands because I like that stuff.

I occasionally take on projects like working with Roger Stone or competing for the Warpspeed contract, but under a shadow company.

I've got a small cannabis farm / brand.
I'm partner in a cannabis dispensary / delivery service.
I'm a Part 107 Drone Operator and provide video and mapping services.
We just signed a lease on a small spot in downtown to open a Cereal Bar for the kids in town.
Some of my old sites still generate some money.

I'm about 30% in adult, and 70% in mainstream, mostly Network / Server / VM support.

Things switched to mainstream when Covid hit. I had alot of mainstream friends with on-premises servers that suddenly needed to switch to the cloud so their employees could work from home. I'm working on my CCNA and AWS Cloud-Architech badges now. Woohoo!
