Payments from CCBILL in Europe in April?

Hello,

Please let me know any webmasters in Europe if you already got that payment sent 04-14-2025(scheduled that Monday)

The payment received the last week (sent Monday 04-07-2025) took 3-4 business days.

How many business days do you have usually for CCBILL payments to reach your bank account in Europe?

we are not getting our payments from 14 April and 21 April, too so there are two payments we are still waiting for which should have been already arrived on 15 April and 22 April as SEPA Payments normally comes next day (although there were some latencies happened in some weeks like some of the payments came after 2 days, instead of 1 but this two latencies, last ones are NOT latencies but we cannot get our payments it seems. Nothing is coming from CCBill. I contacted them and they said the SEPA Payment for 14 April made on Thursday on 17th and as Friday (18, not a whole holiday but you know Karfreitag) and Monday (21) were holidays it may get latency.

HOWEVER, the other payment for 21 April is also not here (like 14th one also not arrived, yet, too)..

As of, 24 April Thursday evening, now, 2025

So, we miss two payments and they say now it may take 5 business days.

I don´t like this.

I don´t like this at all.

Did you get your payouts?

We have latencies for the last period and we still did not get 14 April payment, too

I wonder if everything OK with CCBill

Hey

I am in Europe and I have 6 late payouts already:
PAYOUT date: 14.april.2025 LATE DAYS: 16
PAYOUT date: 14.april.2025 LATE DAYS: 16
PAYOUT date: 21.april.2025 LATE DAYS: 7
PAYOUT date: 14.april.2025 LATE DAYS: 16
PAYOUT date: 28.april.2025 LATE DAYS: 2
PAYOUT date: 28.april.2025 LATE DAYS: 2

I did talk with support after first one was missing and it has to arrive just after Easter. Then I talk with support again and this had to be friday. Then I talk again and this had to be yesterday (tuesday). So I talked again and this time they say that they not know...

Will be good if some one from USA answer if they got their payouts. If they got then we will know that propably problem is with intermediary bank in EU. If USA also not got payouts then problem is something other.

In the same boat here, payments from 7th April and beyond have not appeared. CCBill merchant support have told us several times, they will definitely arrive 'imminently'....I have been told that for 3 weeks

You have account for payouts from ccbill in European Union or outside of it?

As far this who had problems are from EU and ccbill send money to WORLD FIRST NETHERLANDS B.V then to us. May be WORLD FIRST NETHERLANDS B.V is a reason. This will not be a reason if You will have account for payouts in USA since this will be direct (not via WORLD FIRST NETHERLANDS B.V).

They changed it to "Spacey"

We got one of the missing payments a few days ago.

Still there are two payments missing and the one came was the smallest, in the middle payment, came from "Spacey"
a "GB", IBAN I believe it´s an intermediatery from the UK

I don´t know what is happening at CCBill but this all affects our cash flow and business negatively. A company like over 25 years and this big, how fails so badly in a few transfers and how cannot solve the issue for weeks.. strange.

Please let us know if you received that Monday 04-28 or Tuesday 04-29 on your account?

Do you get transfers to company's account or private( individual ) ones?

They have no idea of when this will be fully resolved.

We have been through this before, several times many moons ago with 3 different billers, Lancelot, IBill and one other I cant recall. The signs are fairly clear imo. Funds may appear intermittently but I suspect this is a biller in decline and one that will fold in the next 4 - 8 weeks.

I could be wrong..

Sad, esp after 20+ years with them

You got one but a small, or the smallest one? right?

The bigger / biggest ones are still not coming.. is that so?

We had 3 missing. The smallest one came (late but still). However, before that there was a bigger one (more late) and after that another big one. Meaning, only in the middle, smallest one came.

When IBill, Lancelot and well, I don´t remember either but, do you know people at least got their money? I mean it´s terrible but at least it would be nice to have the money waiting.

We work with CCBill exclusively by the way and imagine losing all those rebilling loyal customers like this.

This is a horror story. I hope it´s an issue of intermediatery bank or something..

However, I´m by your side (unfortunately) in the way of thinking. I hope we are wrong.

Unfortunately, I have to join everyone who has a problem with CCBILL. I did not receive my last payment as well.

The international rules for European SEPA payments are absolutely clear and all banks must respect them = the payment must be credited no later than the next day.

This means that this is not a problem with the bank, but with CCBILL. I'm afraid they don't plan to send the money at all, because I've urged it several times and it hasn't had any effect.

Unfortunately, today I've completely lost trust in CCBILL.

NEW INFO 3.may.2025 from support after I ask directly if they change intermediary bank in EU or if they going to bancrupt. This can be not true (there is always a chance) but this is what they reply:

At the moment, there is a SEPA - Related payout issue that is affecting a number of out EU-based clients. The payouts have been sent, however, due to this problem have not reached the merchants.

Our Accounting department is actively working to resolve the matter, and we deeply apologize that it has resulted in such a delay.

They only discontinued SEPA for Affiliates I think.

For Merchants they are sending SEPAs via third-party intermediaries, rather than directly, it seems from this thread.
This probably requires more KYC, and it would have been too messy for affiliates.

I still hope they figure it out. Adding Paxum for affiliates would be a good option too.

They have told me this for 3 weeks now and they still cannot give a reasonable timeframe of when this may be resolved. I suspect a fair few are beginning to lose faith and hope

It is very similar to Globill, which operated for several years, so it had the absolute trust of webmasters, and in 2003 they suddenly stopped paying money. They calmed everyone down for several weeks to get as much money as possible from new transactions and rebills. Then they moved the money to another company in Saint Kitts and Nevis and went bankrupt. The creditors did not receive any money.

We need to learn from the above incident and immediately start taking action - contact the police. The more of us there are, the more weight it will have and we will have a chance to get our money!

As far at it looks now only Europeans not get money. USA get money.
So if this will be on purpose then they will also not pay to USA.
Correct?

Pretty much every biller that falls follows the same predictable pattern. The whole Lancelot / IBill / Globill saga tells us the first thing that happens is payouts stop, this feels very similar

CCBill bills for OnlyFans so i doubt they are going anywhere. Most likely it is an issue with their intermediary bank.

#1. Are You shure onlyfans still use ccbill? Usually companies that size have their own billing. Can You give a srouce of this info?

#2. I not want to belive of bancrupcy etc theory but before weekdn they tell me that I can use ACH with them So I send them info about my bank. But they say if I am shure it can accept ASH. So it looks in banks in EU (and please correct me if I am wrong) can not use ACH.
I send them request to do to me paxum or simple swift transfer to my account. If they not do this (and I really can not find a reason why they can not do simple swift transfer) it will clearly looks that idea that they want to stole money is rather correct.

They are just answering in a way to buy themselves more time and accumulate as much money as possible. As you know, for several years they have been sending money from their account in Malta, which is in the EU, so they can make a SEPA payment. We have asked them many times, but it was unsuccessful.

All their lies are also proven when they claimed that SEPA takes 5 days. Everyone knows that it is a max 24 hours.

It is really necessary to contact the police in Arizona before it is too late.

I met one of the main CCBill guys at the show in Prague a couple years ago and we talked about it. Not sure if it is still the case. OF probably has several billers. I do not play with OF so I don't know but CCBill did process for them at the time I talked with one of their owners.

I am in New York and I received payment today, as per usual. I am very sorry for all the EU webmasters struggling to get payment!

The fact that ACH is functioning without problems is good news

This is not looking good, crippling for EU webmasters / site owners that only have CCBill as their main / only biller. In days gone by, billings reps would be on this thread giving updates...

Yes, OF still uses CCBill and I imagine it provides most of their processing revenue. They are doing fine financially.

US merchants like me are receiving their weekly ACH deposits without delay or problems.

Therefore it is most likely an issue with EU and SEPA.

What I heard was that they (CCBill) were have issues with one of their intermediary banks that processes payments to Europe. They (CCBill) are undoubtedly looking for solutions ASAP but when it comes to acquiring banks it can take time.

This reminds me of when a US-based Silicon Valley bank went under and it messed up PayPal's Business Loans division, along with other online lenders. It took weeks, perhaps several months, to get a new bank. So my guess is this is what is happening.

The good news (hopefully) is that EU webmasters would get one giant payout once this issue is resolved.

We were informed last night around midnight that the SEPA payout were sent to all the Merchants that had missing payouts. As the SEPA transfers usually take 24-48 hours, you can expect you receive your funds on Monday at the latest.

if anyone in EU get money any day soon please give info.
