Look:
They can send money at any time by a bank using SWIFT. Money transfers in betwen of USA and EU did not dissapear. Swift work 100% all time.


Also, as an easy option to avoid banks:
They can send money anytime via Paxum.

There is no chance they will offer you any other option, since—as I mentioned—they already have options available but choose not to use them.

I previously thought that something didn’t work for them due to a change in SEPA regulations, and that’s why the transfers didn’t arrive. Now, however, I see (because the situation keeps repeating) that we’re dealing with manipulation.
If only the April transfers had arrived in full—but they didn’t. Out of four, I received only three.

As of today, they owe me one and a half times as much as they owed in April. What’s worse, they are blatantly lying, claiming the money was sent.
We are not living in medieval times, where someone carries money on their back. This is the modern era—transfers between accounts should take only a few hours.

I believe a lot of money is disappearing. When that SEPA issue happened, they likely lost a lot of funds and are now in the red. They prioritize paying the big players and ignore the smaller ones (I have around 1,400 subscribers, so I’m considered small to them).

If you ask Google a question about the issues CCBill is having with merchant accounts, you'll get information from Google AI confirming that such problems are indeed occurring. Back in May, there was nothing about it. This means the AI has been fed repeated queries on the topic.
ChatGPT says the same and even provides links to another forum discussing the issue (I'm currently waiting for confirmation of my registration there).

We’ll see what they say today, but I’m preparing to switch operators.

Good day, I two had three missed payments, then it got down to two. I am getting paid out to Canada, so I think I would be in the same boat regarding that it is affecting non US based websites.

I did get an email yesterday, after weeks of communications, indicating my missed payments have returned from my bank, are credited back to my account, so I should see a payout of them shortly. Crossing fingers here.

Yes, it is quite interesting. Canada is obviously non- SEPA( EU) and not ACH(USA) - even a bit more complex way.
Do you have any bank payout options to Canada? ( As no indication of wire transfer or Canada ETF for Canadian webmasters)?
Did you experience the same delays in April?
Any mentioning why the funds retuned to your bank ? (Not accepted or other reasons).

I think in your case, the issue is related to the bank.
According to CCBill, these problems have been affecting the EU and started after the SEPA changes in April.
I spoke with my bank, and they confirmed that the money never reached them and that nothing was declined.
You mentioned that your bank declined the payment, so that seems to be a different situation.

Could you let me know if you experienced any issues with transfers in April?

I'm having fun because I said this a few weeks ago, but none of you paid attention and cooperated with me in filing a criminal complaint against them. You were still naive and thought that the tunnelers would start paying you. We've already turned off rebills and written emails to members to sign-up in through a different payment gateway. Goodbye!

Well, it is no fun here. To be out of your bank or payment EMI- it is not a case for any legal complaint. It's the EU world.
You can be lucky today with Epoch or Segpay - but the same could happen with their payment partners in the EU. For any reason.
Asking your clients to stop and re-subscribe again?
You can compare the USA - ACH and the EU- SEPA( bunch of regulations and demands , endless KYC ,AML, etc). Don't forget about the Central European Bank(National Banks) they make their own audit.
You can apply for one partner in the EU today and be out in 2-3 months as about their policy and bunch of different reasons. Even for a big company.
It is overall not easy to make any digital business in the EU - more formalities and regulations. More restrictions.

As for changing the billing provider, I agree with you. BUT, as you’ve already noticed, we would have to migrate users from one billing platform to another. I went through that back in 2007 when I left Verotel. I lost 60% of my subscribers — and keep in mind those were different, better times. Now, the subscriber loss would likely be much higher.

As an example: we left OnlyFans due to personal rights and image violations committed by OnlyFans against us. We had 1,000 users there. On the new platform, for a long time, there were only 300 — even though everyone knew we had moved from OnlyFans.

That’s why we’re all hesitating about what to do next.

By the way: Today, I received half the money they owe me...

The missing payments included two payments in April, and one in May. The May payment was quickly resolved. I initially was given the excuse that it was a 'processing issue;, but after weeks of communication did they say that my bank has not released the funds back to CCbill. So who knows the issue. I do know that the exchange rate SUCKS, so however they are paying me (not via ACH), its a ripoff.

As of today, my upcoming July 7th payment is to include the reinbursement of the two April payments.

Please all of you: contact ccbill support and ask for contact with your merchant via email (this is the guardian of your account). Then ask for paxum payments to be made available permanently or until the payment issue is resolved. The more people write about it, the more certain it is that they will do it.
