I will also have single girl amateur sites ( kind of my niche, and contribution to the industry) that will be PPS, but will NOT offer trials. Trials do not work for these type of sites. ( though I will offer trials for revshare as a experiment)

I would have had to take the exam in order to pass it.

By my first year in law school I realized I hated it, not the law per se, but rather how attorneys abuse the legal system to shake down businesses.

I had significant student loans, which I would have to repay, and since I am not the type of person to quit, I stayed in law school and graduated. My second year I started a multiemedia corporation, that eventually became my adult company.

As far as which side I think should win, that is simple. CECash. Acacia entire business plans relies on enforcing broad patents. The patent they are seeking to enforce is like patenting breathing. I do not think it will be upheld, it definately should NOT be upheld by any court.

They are simply exorting people. It is blackmail, pure and simple. They are abusing the legal system, in my opinion and represent everything that is wrong with the US legal system, and trial attorneys.

I think this is something that even R-n would agree with.

All I did was post on YNOT that I was offered an exclusive traffic contract from Xpics.

I then received coaching from FM (many phonecalls) and The General on numerous subjects concerning this biz.

They made me rich.

Of course I then took the VERY expensive and extensive post graduate course offered by Scottpb and Serge.

Mike, for the 4th of July I had 350+ people at my house for my annual party. We had rock climbing walls, obstical course, DJ, Hawaiian Dancers, photographers, videographers and the house rocked.

I have guests in from out of town for the party and yesterday we recovered from the party and then spent the night in Hollywood.

Today we've been chillin in the pool, playing volleyball, looking at footage from the party. I've been posting in between all this.
