Holdbacks suspended by Mastercard
Ibill informed that Mastercard wanted them to suspend our (and some other sites) hold backs because we're over 1% CB ratio..
Anyone else? We receive one or two CB's each month, I don't think we exceed 1%... And As I know Mastercard didn't put a CB % limit so far. What's going on with Mastercard? |

Its getting to the point , where there is almost no benefit to having a third party processor. Also how can they suspend all your hold back when its not all MC ?

I got the same email a few weeks ago. In fact I had 3 (THREE) c/b in a 6 months period. Unfortunately all of them were Mastercard, and all in one month. So I was over 1% in that month and they want to freeze my reserves.

I really like the last sentence  Yes, it's because of TWO chjargebacks By the way: I never received reserve payments on the 5th, for me they were always paid on the 20th. And on July 20 I DID receive my reserves.
