Acutally for those of you that don't know the law. All that is needed for you to be charged with child pornography is that the appearance of the model is that of someone underage. You always take everything to the extreme so I can see where you come up with that load of shit.

What it means is that you have to be careful within reason to make sure that you are protecting yourself from malicious prosecution. You can only act within reason to protect yourself, you can never completely protect yourself from someone who is malicious in intent.

So what this means is as many places do they don't allow material that is " borderline" in legality, so that someone won't be able to construe it as possibly illegal. That is a reasonable and smart way to do business. Of course there is no absolute protection.
