At this point I do not know that it would be good for Senator Kerry to lead our country in place of President Bush. I am not sure that there is a lesser of "two evils" in the upcoming election.

Reminds me of "The Mouse That Roared". It was a Peter Sellers movie based on an even better book that came our shortly after WWII and the Marshall Plan about a small country that was going broke and decided to declare war on the United States and lose as a way of solving their financial crisis. Imagine their surprise when their longbowmen landed in an empty NYC during a city wide bomb shelter drill and reported they had captured the US and would not be responsible for rebuilding us instead.

I personally assumed from the beginning that to establish a viable Deomocratic Republic in Iraq would be a long term project and I predicted a minimum of a decade-three decades...so check back in 9-29 years and we will see how well it worked.
