Ya know I love ya...the best advice I can give you, since you are not involved with the dialer fiasco, is to stay out of it.

There is already an active thread on this...huge pissing match.

Bottom line. Public forums are a very tricky medium to air grievances. It is almost always better to not do so, unless you feel VERY STRONGLY that your fellow webmasters might fall into a trap. Then, of course, it is appreciated.

This is a "do you support Snow or do you support Whomever?" kinda thing.

My (granted not asked for

) advice is to read all. There are many that support Snow, a few that don't. Make your decisions from there, on your own accord.

Posting it to the forums can either shed light on a cheater OR tarnish the reputation of a webmaster cuz somebody had a prob with him, ya know? Very tricky business.

My opinion... I like Snow and don't want to think that he would cheat anyone. But, this isn't math..there is no definitive answer, it all comes down to who you believe.

To re-iterate (after a lengthy diatribe lol) is it is almost always best to not publically air grievances of people that you do not know or trust...unless you have first hand knowledge and even then, proceed with caution. You may very well be slandering an honest webmaster just because a "cheater" decided to publish his side of things.

Rags to riches over night? In ANY business you take hits from unhappy customers. A real true business owner takes that in stride and goes on with life and work. Not belittling him or herself in useless diatribes.

If you want to put yourself over the small webmasters then you deserve to get a crash and burn. Remember that the small ones make the large ones large in this biz.

It amazes me how some so called large site owners or program operators can try and put themselves in to some sort of quasi God Like position. OoooooooK Snow. (I'm she not he tho) I guess the difference in generations comes in to play here. We were brought up to not lower our own standards when someone pestered us unless it became a physical thing. Then it was ok to use a club.

But I do have to think that all this going back and forth can't be helping either of you. Dialers have a bad enough rep without us getting ideas about the people that run them.

Ok, people I'm going to try to do this civilised this one time as I said all about vipdialer I am going to say in the other threads.

1) Yes I run my own dialer program
This came forth from the giant mess that exists in the dialer bizz, so I decided to start my own and provide some quality.

2) The resource: dialerclopedia was there before the dialerprogram and as you can see there are a lot of good dialerprograms listed on the trusted dialers list.

3) To correct your statement: Vip dialer is not the largest Dialup2 is and you will find Alex on my trusted list.

In fact there are only 2 dialersprograms on my blacklists why? because the tactics described on that blacklist were proven beyond a doubt.

The bottomline is that I'm not in this to knock out the competition it's a large internet and there is plenty of room for everybody. In fact I got along fine with Snow untill I found out what is listed there.

I do not think I have to defend my reasons for blacklisting as it is pretty well documented on there.

In fact I'll make a statement right here so you are all my witnesses:

Vip dialer has been blacklisted for 2 reasons
and Snow don't start a pissing much on this again as I'm just stating what happened back then.

The minute I hear from webmasters that reported Vip-dialer that they have been paid that non-payment statement is gone from there. But untill he does it is valid and belongs up there.

On a personal note:

I do not blacklist companies lightly in fact I hate it that there are 2 up there, but facts are facts and the main purpose of Dialerclopedia is to create clarity in the dialer business. But I would have liked it MUCH better if that list was empty I realy would.

Snow has good dialers, and innovative promotional tools on his program, which you won't hear anything negative about from me. It's the ethics he displayed on the thread listed on that blacklists and the stream of complaints about non-payment I received that put vipdialer there nothing else.

For the record I do not care how "BIG" or "SMALL" a company is. If there is fishy stuff going on which has been proven I will blackist plain and simple but ONLY if it has been proven beyond a doubt.

To sum it up

I run my own dialerprogram and I run it as best I can, I like to work with my collegues in this business but I always keep in mind that The Dialerclopedia resource was there first and my first priority is to keep it that way a useful resource where people can get informed about dialers without fear of being ripped off.

Now the last thing I will say about Snow is this:

There are a lot of webmasters getting paid by Snow. I see that, admit that and respect their opinions as they are stated all over this board. However that is by no means a reason to dismiss valid complaints from webmasters that did not get paid as in my opinion Sellective payment is just as bad as not paying at all.

This being said, I'm open to any opinions you guys may have to offer because I also believe that the Dialerclopedia resource is there for your benefit and if you would like to see things different on that I'm always listening

Anyways, it's also convenient that wolfshade's dialer is number 1 on the trusted dialer list. Of course he's going to put that at number one.

OKay...

I'm going to say this much:

As some of you might recall, I posted <about 2 months ago> that ifriends.com ripped me off. Now, I am sure that they treat 90% of their Cam girls very well and pay on time everytime. Its that 10% that gets fucked over and that 10% arent going to go away quietly.

Therefore-

Snow probably pays a majority of his clients, but (and just like with any business) there is a small percentage that is not satisfied. These are the people that are going to speak out.

I think that EVERY online business cheats some people out of money. I dont think Snow is innocent. Nor do I give a shit. LOL

The order in which companies are listed is entirely random I compiled a list, mine happened to be on top and it came out that way, plain and simple. I'm a lazy bastard and proud of it

As for childisch I don't think standing up for what you believe in is childisch and I believ in the fact that the dialer industry can be a great business once people can get a clear view on it.
