Put some nice electronics in the garbage where you know he'll find them when emptying them. The next morning report them stolen to the police and say you think you know who did it. Hopefully when they open the door to question him, this stuff will be sitting out in the open. His defense of "I found it in the garbage." will sound ridiculous. He'll get fired.

he has confronted me many times int he past months

it started with making me move my car...which i did...when i asked him about why i had to move it he took offense....and told he was revoking my parking priveleges.it went from there

Definitely a brilliant plan. That or the good ol' conservative way : pay someone to fuck the guy up, or his car, and make sure you get a good alibi. I can't stress enough how paying someone else to do your dirty work is efficient in court. And yes, revenge is indeed a dish best served cold, although make sure you do it later on as you will be tempted to move on.

He's one of those guys you have to punch the fuck out simply because the little game playing punk thinks it's not gonna happen. He needs it to happen. He'll be a better person afterward. Just try to make sure there are as few witnesses as possible and get a good lawyer.

A bitch of a school bus driver (you know, the stereotypical bus driver from South Park) reported my license plate because I flicked her off after she went road rage psycho on me without any kids around and for no reason. I got a ticket in the mail, had to hire a lawyer, show up in court, etc (the ticket was serious, 5 points plus up to 15 days in jail). I was completely in the right, no police officer around, but because of the way the legal system works, it was a he-said she-said situation. The bitch showed up to court, and waited 3 hours just to make sure she could fuck me any way she could.

I know how it feels to want nothing more to get back at them, but sometimes the best solution is to let it go and not let it bother you.

I would plant a bomb in his car and set it to go off in 3 months in the armed mode, once its in the armed mode it would wait until the ignition is engaged, once it is, boom. I would move away from Canada 3 days after I planted the bomb so it wouldn't be exactly 3 months (If crime scene investigators go deep into that stuff). Make sure you get rid of ALL bomb making stuff.

Or just like shoot him with a silenced 9 mm and wrap up his body and find a local crematory (or make your own fire in the desert) and burn the shit out of his corpse. I am sure you can pay off your local crematory to do it for you (last time I did something like this it only costed me $500)...

JK I didn't kill anyone. And you, don't kill him... Just like try some hostel shit on him (oh yeah, if you have time, watch hostel today if you haven't seen it, it'll give you some ideas :D)
