I know the kind of buyer Slavik is. He definitely jumps when there is a steal to be had. He will on occasion, as you well know, take a moderate risk to pay a little more than he normally would for a domain name.

However, Slavik is not my target buyer at this point. But, a smart cramp like you probably knew that and just asked about why he doesn't buy *************** just to be funny.

See, what I like about you is that you are not ashamed of your lack of intelligence and your overall ignorance of the industry. You just love to see yourself post. Keep on with your ree-ree self!

I don't sell my domains because I don't need the money. If you'd like to place a bet on who has more valuable domains, you or I, I will escrow 77k with Lensman and you do the same.

Despite my clear lack of intelligence and pervasive crotch rot, I am more than willing to wager my domains against yours, with 77k as the bet. Step up.

I also very much doubt that anyone will agree that your .mobi and .info names are worth what you think they are worth, you stinking stupid bitch.

I don't post my business for free. I will for 77k, however.

As you are so sure of yourself in ALL of your posts, and you've claimed I know nothing about traffic and the power of domains, AND I'm the dumbest person on this board, I couldn't *possibly* have better domains than a genius like yourself, could I?

Was my post about Skenzo full of shit? How are the last couple months stats for you? How about the fact that I can use Skenzo direct when I choose and you use TC?

I don't own any .mobi's or .info's, but even some of those extensions have been sold for far more than your pitiful ***************.

Yes, your post about skenzo was full of shit. My last couple of months were just like the first four.

You are full of shit. You don't post your business because your business is embarrassing for you, you snot rag.

I can't argue with a 2 post "secret" domain master like you. Like I said fat gut, just post your shit or stfu!

Nobody cares what you think. Nobody cares what you think your domains are worth. That's right nimrod. Nobody cares about you.

OK, Skunky "Scrod Rot" Rubin -

You have 2 posts to your name and you think ANYBODY would take you seriously?

You need to post facts for anybody to respect a single word you say. When you post puss from your knee scab, nobody cares. Got me?

Nobody gives a flying turd if you work for a company that owns nice domain names.

Everybody realizes that you do not own any nice domain names.

The SURE giveaway was the fact that you decided to post an attack on the sales thread of ***************. Nobody who knows domain names would waste a minute of time trying to put down someone who is offering *************** for sale. Not unless you've offered to buy it for half of what it's worth and I laughed at you.

See, normal people just read the thread title and move along if they aren't interested.
Domain investors read the thread title and then read the thread to learn more about what is going on.
Smart domain investors read the thread and e-mail me asking for more information and offer to purchase!

Wackos read the thread and decide to waste a bunch of time trying to put down a domain name that is more valuable than anything they have in their portfolio.

People on this board warned me that you are = to bone cancer.

I thought I would at least give you a chance to redeem yourself, but now I know you are really = to bone cancer.

this is just one of the silliest/funniest threads around...

here's a Free Appraisal:

***************:

Incoming links: 0

Alexa Rating: too poor to mention

Google Page Rank: 0

Type in rating: 0

Traffic Value: 0

Name Appeal: 0

Years trying to sell it: 3

Number of nicknames on GFY trying to sell it: 5+ (spamming all over this forum using multliple accounts for 3 years... very suspicious business practices)

List Price: between $55,000 and 75,000 (LOL, that is not a joke.. i am totally serious.. just search gfy for "sexyladies" i laughed so hard i think i pee'd a little)

Overall Estimated Value: $10

Recommendation: register any old domain for $10 at bulkregister/enom.com do a handful of link exchanges and sign up for a few toplists.. in a few days you'll far exceed any traffic that *************** has to offer...

Look in all seriousness.. I've purchased domain names before.. one was for $400 that was getting a few thousand hits a day and they even threw in about 2,500 exclusive amateur photos.. another was a site that had been offline for a while that was getting only a handful of hits a day.. I ended up paying only 25 bucks for it...

I am shocked that after 3 years of trying to sell your domains in the $55,000-77,000 range and listing it on at least 3 domain auction sites (sedo.com, greatdomains.com, domainsystems.com) that you have not figured out that those prices are absurd..

You really need to be more realistic and look at what your selling, because when it comes right down to it: it's really only worth what people are willing to pay...

If I were you I would try selling it in the $75-$400 range then you might have a chance of selling it... (400 would probably be an extremely optimistic goal... 200-300 might be a more realistic target).

- TRUE CONSERVATIVE ESTIMATE OF VALUE -

Conservative Estimates for the generic site owner/operator.

Let's say 1 sale is worth $35 to you.

Now, imagine that very conservatively, you are able to make 2 sales a day from more than 200 unique visitors coming every single day to your site(s). This could be a very low estimate depending upon how well your product matches with the traffic.

So, $75 x 365 = $27,375.00 annual income

Thus, in three years you will have earned more than what you paid for a great domain. From then on, you can continue to earn $$$ - IN ADDITION, you have the ever increasing value of a quality asset, ***************. So, you aren't at "break even" after three years . . . you are actually now own an asset which would conservatively have a value of at least what you paid 3 years ago. So you are up at least $77,000.00 at that point and the money will keep rolling in for as long as you own the domain name.

Domain available to purchase: ***************

Listen "denture odor," the traffic with ZERO work has earned between $5,000 and $6,000 over the last six months.

See, I do nothing but receive checks for around $1,000 each month for doing nothing and having no product to sell. If I don't sell, I think I'll be happy to continue receiving checks.

After reading your post, it is obvious that you are clearly drunk or flat out stupid. Why is it that all of the really aggressive bashers have less than 30 posts and all sound the same? Could they be all operated by the same moron? Go back to your crap traffic and leave domain names for those who understand.

Thank you iri!

Regarding Laetitia's image, I had been using the image below. It just didn't have quite the effect I was after.

So, I went with the HOT Casta. Knowing her the way I do, I know she wouldn't mind.

That's a 1:100 ratio... LMFAO... ya, that's conservative..

This misconception clearly illustrates a lack of understanding of the industry.

Yet you offer no proof.. no screen caps of revenue, no stats, nothing..
Over the past 3 years you've been asked to back up these claims, but you refuse to do so..

All we have to go on is a shitty Alexa rating, a Google PR of 0, and a link popularity of 0...

Naughty-Pages, sorry, I can't help you understand. I've tried my best to explain.

It is obvious that you are clearly just someone who made an honest offer for *************** and I rejected your (very low) offer. Sorry I laughed at you. Sorry you are still mad.

With all due respect, you cannot call that a "conservative estimate". You would be lucky enough doing 1:400 on type-in traffic for such a general term so lets not even talk about 1:100
A $35 signup every two days would yield the following annually:
182 x $35 = $6'370 annual income

not to mention, using NE0MAVEN's math... he thinks 35x2=75

Hello again iri! I can certainly call that a conservative estimate. If you've got the product, you can do waaaay better than 1:100.

Now, as for your math equation. How can you come up with that argument after I have said (many times) that I earned (USING PPC ONLY) between $5,000 and $6,000 the last six months. THAT IS GENERAL PPC INCOME. Anybody can achieve that minimum!!! And there are a lot of people out there that can do a lot better.

I just sent you a pic of the last thirty days earnings. Let me know!

Naughty-Pages, I saw my error a long time ago. Notice how it doesn't change my example and anyone following can clearly see that. I was just throwing out numbers. Let's say your sales are worth $50 or try $37.50 or try $30. The point is loud and clear. People with product can pay off a $77,000 purchase in three years time or less (maybe a lot less time).

This is one name that would fit perfectly with a lot of products and programs.

Look.. In November one of my sites averaged 20,000 hits a day.

Using your ratio of 1:100 and a sale of $37.50 means i make $7,500.00 per day x 365= $2,737,500.00/year

and your whacky 7 year income figure means i should sell my site for $19,162,500.00

ya.. sure, i make that much (converting 1:100 is a conservative figure).. LMFAO!

I'll sell you my site for a steal.. I'll let it go for $50k right now... ROTFLMFAO!

You clearly are too smart for your own good my friend!

Now i know you are a scam artist because even a person with a couple of months of domain buying experience knows you can "buy" type ins.

For example put display ads in the local paper in the escort section you will get a lot of type ins. You will probably have to spend more that your making per day to do it but since your whole goal is to artificially inflate your type ins to sucker some moron into over paying for your domain you are not going to care.

Your entire sales pitch is dependent on people believing that you have NOT done this.

and you are
1. Multiplying a very limited time frame while claiming it is making income for years
2. Spamming the board offer this domain up for sale while claiming you really don't want to sell.
3. Now you are acting as if it is impossible to artificially inflate type in traffic when even a newbie in the domain game knows full well how easy it is pump up type ins temporarily

I think everyone else understands what is going on. I will try to explain why you can't use my traffic value to calculate your traffic value.

First, your traffic is worse than crap.

Second, you don't use my ratio, you use YOUR earning ratio.

Third, you calculate 7 years income for YOUR site based on REAL numbers you can see in your own historical statistics. (You can't use other people's stats to calculate YOUR traffic's value.)

Fourth, NOBODY would pay you 7 years projection for a site with traffic where the traffic could stop any day. You are relying on various methods of traffic, all of which could dry up at any time. (Domain names are brutally consistent with their traffic. Pure domain type in-traffic will never stop.)

See how that works? In order to calculate YOUR traffic's value, you must go by the data that YOU already have. Again, any time that traffic is not guaranteed to continue tomorrow, you will have trouble convincing others of the future value of your traffic.

It really isn't all that hard to understand if you just take your time and read my explanations again, I'm sure you'll get it.

Neomaven,

do you have some pent up anger or anger problems or do you just think all us domainers are fools?

The domain is ok, not bad at all but like anything else in the world it's only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it.

Your not going to get 75k unless someone really wants / needs this domain. And your marketing tactics and attitude is shitty.

take the 10k and walk away - you know your not making much on this domain every month.

Again, your brain power is awesome.

What I can't believe is how clever you are and why you aren't some sort of "investigator" in real life.

IF only there was a way to determine where traffic is originating from? As soon as someone figures that out, well, then nobody will be able to execute your flawless plan to scam.

Until then, it seems NOBODY will be able to prove that their "type-in" domains have "type-in" traffic, or that they aren't artificially inflating their supposed "type-in" traffic.

Thank you kind sir for exposing this domain hoax to all of us!!!

Pent up anger or anger problems? Wha???? Look at the scumbags jumping into this thread spewing anger and anger problems and ask them what is what. I just love stoking the fire and using them to my advantage. Besides, my insults make people laugh.

For a guy who isn't selling this domain, you sure put a lot of time into promoting it.

When quoting someone's post - always remember to quote the full post

Sure the old saying is bad marketing / press is still marketing but your full of it here.

Your best bet is mabey sedo to sell, great domains, mabey get krl to post it on his domain newsletter, etc.

Also try wising up and changing your pitch / attitude - it might help..

Is they really? I don't think they is.

I do agree that this wasn't the best image to use to sell my domain name, but hell . . . I'm still learning how to market. I'll take your criticism under advisement. Thank you.

LMFAO!! there's a thing called "stats"... and stats do this "magical/mystical" thing.. stats track referrers... LMFAO...

it's pretty easy to deduce what kind of type in traffic is occurring by simply looking at the sites stats...

One would think that a person trying to sell domain names for 75,000 would be familiar with stats.. but then again, anyone with an AOL account can apparently own a domain name nowadays...

Was my post about Skenzo full of shit? How are the last couple months stats for you? How about the fact that I can use Skenzo direct when I choose and you use TC?

I don't own any .mobi's or .info's, but even some of those extensions have been sold for far more than your pitiful ***************.

Wow Skenzo has some nice templates. What is the min domains/ traffic to get an account with do you know?

How are the payouts?

1. You said you get 20000 visitors a day to one site and you are willing to dump it for 50k. Seems like pure shit traffic if ever there was some.

2. Creative Math? Just use your stats to determine your domain value. Use my stats to determine my domain value.

3. I have no idea what "stats" are or what "server logs" are. I'm sure that if they existed, I would have heard of them and that someone would have figured out how to determine the traffic source(s) for a domain name.

Exactly how you tell the difference between those TWO TYPE IN.

That is a good question. Also, I could be sitting around all day typing in my own domain name. I could wear a shirt that says *************** and everyone who sees it might type it in.

I believe techniques like these could be discovered with a little closer look at the server logs. IP addresses. Traffic that comes much more heavily from Nevada than the rest of the U.S. might be a sign that something is going on in Nevada (like offline advertising, etc.). Plus, you need a significant time frame to analyze. Also, there are a lot of domain investors out there who know a lot of the domain sellers. Asking other domain investors (that you trust) about "sellers" can help guide you as well. Knowing who is trustworthy and who is not can help a bit. Sometimes nobody knows a domain seller. Luckily, I have sold to a lot of domain investors over the years without a single issue.

right interesting how you keep the server logs hidden.
