Anyone thought of asking someone who works for the affiliate program in question whether they think it's fraudulent or not?

Name the program.

That's Brad for you... all friendly to my face but the moment his bro DH had a beef with me, Brad's Mr Hyde came out swinging at me... hoping DH would take notice and make his ass available for further puckers.

He's as two faced as they come. Don't bend over backwards for him or anyone he is trying to be bro's with and he'll either "meet you face to face" about it or start trashing your name in random threads.

I spent a LONG time involved with that industry, and referring players that have no intention of playing to get a bonus payout is always considered fraudulent. I don't know of a single casino that will tolerate it in the hopes of attracting even one customer. Something is odd about the site he was referring to, casino777royal.com, to begin with because it is a brand new page and tries to install it's casino software no matter which button you click...

And someone might get paid $10 to sign up for your trial by a scamming affiliate and decide he likes the site. As someone who handles an affiliate program, I can't fathom how you can take this stance.

I don't have a dog in this race, I don't know either party. But I've pushed traffic to casinos in the past in large sums. You would be thrown out of every single affiliate program I've ever come across for this. It's the #1 rule in the TOS of every affiliate program. You can say their policies are dumb, that they don't know how to "market", but that rule is black and white with every casino I've ever seen. Since affiliate payouts can be as much as $200, this problem of fraud is prevelent in online casinos and they ban affiliates all the time for it.

Are you really that naive, its defrauding an affiliate program. Oh wait, you represent the company that doesn't seem to mind paying affiliates who incentivize signups to your company via warez downloads.

so now its for testing? you started out by saying it was to get your friend up in the next commission bonus group. "this is not for me...this is helping someone else reach a lage bonus payout"

Like you said, you ran your card and used your IP. So you needed someone from somewhere else to do it, so you didnt get caught?

sounds like he was trying to do the same kind of scam as if a sponsor had a contest for 10 signups, and i said "hey sign up for this trial for $2.95 and ill paypal you $20" to 10 different people.

not to mention hes unprofessional as fuck, and if i was his boss he would have been fired for talking to affiliates like that.

Anyone else notice that Phoenix has slowly been becoming more and more an asshole... Looks like he's having some sort of meltdown..

It's interesting to see who's in here doing the defending... validating the impressions about who's shady...

Next time you guys run a promo for X amount of signups, I'll get all my friends to join through trial links. You never know, one might end up liking your cookie cutter sites and recur for a lifetime!

Between this and your attitude toward your sites being promoted on warez sites, you guys aren't looking too good lately.

He's completely mentally unstable. Anyone can see that by reading his posts in this thread and any other. This industry really nurtures the fuck ups.

Guy frauds a casino, and somehow you are supposed to trust him with your traffic while he is a rep? Any credibility you gave him should be gone.

Phoenix: You're insane. I hope you realize that. Seek help. Idiot.

Nope. I am glad he posted it. I am sure he wouldn't have done so if Brad had acted with a bit of professionalism instead of not respecting the guy's wish not to use his credit card and then basically saying "well fuck you then" at the end.

He even denied the ICQ log was real until the screencap was posted

Giving him free site advice means he owes you a favor involving money/ entering a CC etc? I don't think so.

Remember Brad you approached him.

Your true colors came out even to the end where you added a barb to your fake apology...

Dude, the domain on the casino site you listed was registered 3 days ago. How can the the ratios drop from nothing? Why would you tell someone you are doing something shady (helping a "friend" reach a bonus) to cover up something that wouldn't be shady (testing ratios)? I have no clue why I would even give a shit, but you are completely lying here...

Worst rep ever. Brad/Phoenix asks the guy for a favour, the guy says no for whatever reason and is perfectly polite about it and Brad flips out and has a tantrum and supposedly blocks the guy. Great program rep Lion Dollars have their.

Then consider what he was asking him to do and ask him how it's any different than hitting up a bunch of your buddies and promising them $10 or $20 for signing up to a site with $1 trials, having a look around, downloading a bunch of shit and canceling the membership before the trial ends?

It's theft. Simple as that. Anyone who can't see it is a fucking idiot. And the idea that it's somehow different because it's a casino is a ridiculous idea. This isn't some ad on a site giving would be gambling surfers an extra financial incentive to sign up. This is cold-calling other webmasters and asking them to deposit funds into a casino account to make fraudulent profit.

By that logic, it's totally okay for me to get friends to signup for trial memberships to platinum bucks sites using my referral code and telling them if they cancel their trials before they convert into a monthly membership I'll give them $15. After all, If i get 10 friends to do it, 1 might have a look around and think "wow this site is awesome" and could remain a member for the next 3 years! Wow!

So, is it okay for me to promote Platinum Bucks like this? Eagerly awaiting your response. Got a line of friends waiting with their credit cards in hand and an affiliate link code in their browsers.

Do you still think it's okay to defraud a casino affiliate program in the same way?

wow so insulting the guy is your defense? the first couple posts from you are insults and you have nothing to say about soliciting someone to make fake signups to a casino program.

I don't see why a conversation like that needs to be posted on GFY for everyone to see.

Is everyone still in highschool on this chat board? grow up will ya.
it is funny that everyone runs to gfy but at the same time it is healthy and what the industry needs. If people don't do shady things then there is nothing for them to worry about. If they are clean the worst you should see posted about them is from fake nicks.

I am non biased in this as i know niether parties. From your comments you sound like you are either biased or really miss the bigger picture here. For a rep to hit up one of their affiliates (regardless if he sends 1 hit or 1000000 hits), for some type of scheme, thats not acting professional. To top it off and tell the guy you want help him any more because he wont "help his friend make a big bonus" (which sounds like making a fake signup) I think that says even more about the person's character and his worth as a rep.

That is the exact kind of stuff that should be brought to light on GFY so everyone knows who they are dealing with. If you are a good guy and are a professional you wouldn't have anything to worry about Pull shit like that and I hope people post about it 10 out of 10 times.

This thread is still going on...

It's called sticking up for a friend. Even when sometimes they say and do stupid things. People make mistakes sometimes. Brad has admited to his mistakes and apologized, but everyone seems more then willing to kick someone when they are down.

Good night everyone.

So Brad is referring other people. If your not interested then simply say no thanks not interested. Life it to short to stress over small things.
wow, i will pay you $80 to make a $20 signup so obviously the casino can pay out more than $80 to the affiliate for the sale = scam. That's not markerting

Clickcash bans people all the time for that. I've seen it more than a few times where people are saying sign up to the cam site and I will pay you $20 and that person gets paid $40 from the company. So scammer 1 makes $20 scammer 2 makes $20 and the company gets screwed.

very shady.
