Years ago I had a domain with "yahoo" in it and one day it was suddenly taken out of my registrars account and the new whois revealed Yahoo now owned it. I didn't care about the domain, but lets see when they take Balasub's domain if he has any money to fight it.

Nope, it was Enom. When I inquired about what had happened to the domain, they said Yahoo had sent them legal paperwork demanding ownership of the domain and they complied. I didn't care about the domain as I hadn't done anything with it, but obviously learned my lesson in registering names of that nature.
