Yes they do. If you are a big client/customer of pretty much any type of business, they will extend you certain "perks". If you run a factory and you are having problems with your electric bill... you aren't just going to get cut off, there will be meetings and mediations and all sorts of crap. Businesses do not like to piss off loyal and/or big customers, they will bend over backwards to try to make them happy, accommodate their needs, and work things out.

Special treatment exists... it's what makes the world go round.

I think you are confusing account status with financial terms. Whether its extra credit given or some other perk, the cost of the goods and the payment for those goods usually never changes. You may not be able to pay your bill, they might extend your credit to the point where you owe more, but the terms of how much you owe and what you are charged still never changes.

Extending credit is not the same as changing price structure. Working things out, bending over backwards, giving you extra time, none of that changes the price per killowatt hour you pay in agreement when you signed up for electrical service. You use it, you owe it.

Same deal here. Violation of a TOS agreement maybe terms for suspension/termination/forfetiture, but you can't change a percentage payout inleu thereof. A sale is a sale and if you violate TOS, you can't complain about being terminated, but that doesn't change the agreement the owner has with the affiliate to pay set percentage for validated sales that come through.

TOS violations reflect that status of your account. You can't partially pay an affiliate and claim TOS violation. Even partial payment is acknowledgent of a valid sale and under valid sale agreements, you are entitlied to the set percentage.
