Honestly McDonald's does not cause people problems. Putting toys in a meal is not why parents go there. They go there when they either do not want to cook or do not have time cook. You can also get healtier food there. When I eat there I get a yogurt parfait and a fish sandwich plain. Many people are unhealthy because of their poor food choices. That is not any fast food chains fault.

How hard would it be to set up a scam such that you "forget" your phone in a McDs, a friend picks it up, quickly uploads the pic somewhere public and puts it back, then the couple calls McDs to "keep the phone secure" until they can go back and pick it up? I'm too lazy to look up the exact details of the situation but just sayin'...especially after the McDonalds coffee lawsuit a long time ago, I wouldn't put anything past people wanting to make a quick buck.

McDonalds has little choice other than fighting this in court, no matter how much it costs, because if they don't, zillions of other people will try doing scams centered around purposedly leaving cell phones, usb sticks, cameras, etc in McDs restaurants.

The thing is that the pics were apparently forwarded over to someone, so why not look up phone records and contact the number it was sent to, chances are, the person sent them to himself, then go after him, even though he probably doesn't have much if he's working there.

I don't think McDonalds should be sued over one of their employees in a case like this. Hell, if that's the case, I'm gonna have a friend start working there, take some pics of myself fucking my wife on my phone, then leave it there, then have him pick it up and "secure" it for me, and post the pics online, so I can sue them for a few million, then give my friend a cut.

I was wrong about it not being stealing. i was posting between waiting for models not 100 percent in the moment. im far from perfect i have lost eyeglasses,montblanc pens. for the past 4 yrs i travel out of state for 70 percent of my shoots. i have never left behind sensitive material be it tapes,compact flashes, model releases etc. if i was carrying a phone full of stuff i didnt want anyone to see i would be very aware of it at all times. as far as suing mcdees, first it might not of been a mcd employee could of been a customer, it might not of happened at mcd at all. posting pics could be someone looking for kicks.posting pics and full name and address is someone who has an agenda possibly someone who hacked his phone or it was a set up to try and get money out of mcd's.

If I had forgotten my purse behind and I called and was told they would keep it safe and then I turned up to find that an employee had gone through it not just to check for an ID to confirm it was mine but to look at all my pictures, maybe try out some of my make up, etc then I would be upset.

Now, I get that if that sort of messing around in my property was done by somebody who found it and then gave it to the employees then it isn't their fault. However, if it was done by one of the staff then it is, if nothing else, highly inappropriate.

Same deal with the phone. If it is an employee deciding it was okay to go through everything on my phone then that should be a firing if nothing else.

I don't think McDonalds should be sued over one of their employees in a case like this. Hell, if that's the case, I'm gonna have a friend start working there, take some pics of myself fucking my wife on my phone, then leave it there, then have him pick it up and "secure" it for me, and post the pics online, so I can sue them for a few million, then give my friend a cut.

Now, I get that if that sort of messing around in my property was done by somebody who found it and then gave it to the employees then it isn't their fault. However, if it was done by one of the staff then it is, if nothing else, highly inappropriate. Same deal with the phone. If it is an employee deciding it was okay to go through everything on my phone then that should be a firing if nothing else.
