The facts are very twisted here and there's many missing pieces of this story such as letters of desperation about his 'being broke, don't let me go down' and even threats made by perry. this is going to be my only post on this matter, the rest will be handled via legal channels. The facts are August 13 when i gave this guy the second installment of the $5200 July 25th being the first one, it was to be 4-6 weeks for the site to be ready to hand over....it's now December 11 and fuck all has happened. As far as this legal shit..he sent me this on November 27th,

Due to the fact that you are trying to blackmail and accuse me of something unrelated, we have decided to fill a cease and decease against you.
Expect mail within the next week, so you can give a statement on the legal way.

This will be my last email to you. All following matters will be handled by my lawyer.
