I love shrimp, broccoli and pasta dishes especially with a little Frank's hot sauce to top it off!

This may not be the fastest, but it is certainly easy and tasty.
- put a pot on the stove for the sauce. - add oil and a lot of oregano to the sauce pot - add garlic, fresh spinach, mushrooms and diced chorizo sausages to the sauce pot, stirring occasionally - allow the sauce to cook for 10 mins - put on a large pot of boiling water for pasta - add the pasta, fusilli or penne works well - add balsamic vinegar to the sauce pot, stir and add white wine - allow wine to reduce and infuse, add pasta sauce to sauce pot and stir - add some hot sauce or chilli's to the sauce pot as required - when pasta is ready, drain and put it back in the pasta pot. - add a small amount of oil to the pasta pot and some course ground lemon pepper, stir gently Enjoy

I throw a couple of shrimps on the barbie, errr, I mean I place some raw prawns (what you call shrimp) into a hot electric wok, add a bit of BBQ sauce, stir everything constantly for about a minute until they start to turn orangey/pink, then we're done.
