A. I paid for the dog, I trained the dog, I potty trained the dog, I cleaned up 90% of its messes, she took off and left that dog. Thats an interesting version of stealing. I did not even want another dog, she did. Now that I have it my dog and the new dog are friends and enjoying each other. She doesn't know how to take care of a pet and I had to do everything.

Yes you are right I should let her ruin me with no retort. Sounds like a brilliant plan. I warned her on the phone the other night when we talked and she didn't want to work things out and was trying to blackmail me to force me to take her site down. She thought since she has Gonzo on her side, the Lord of porn as he calls himself, and had some sort of immunity from public opinion once she went public trying to hurt me. Talking to my kids everyday. Have a solid offline source of income, working on online mainstream projects newest of which has already done 60,000 uniques since May 9th and that was the day I bought the domain and built the site. Working on all my adult sites and am revamping most everything, streamlined everything, sold off stuff that wasn't making that much income for me, refocused on the things that are. Ill be in Japan within a month or so just trying to get things all caught up before I go over. Will be there 3 weeks probably, and we are trying to come up with a plan for them to move back here. Hopefully they will be back here before fall.

I left Friday for a short vacation to the beach and I come back now and this thread is still going on and getting nastier!

Just to answer a couple questions that asked me...

Gonzo, I think you were talking about Ulfie as being TuffRuff's golfing partner that ran into those money problems.

Stickyfingerz, I don't know you personally nor did I ever do business with you, but as a piece of business advice, stop your bragging about your new domain and it's surge of traffic. If I wasn't busy with my own projects I would backtrack and find out exactly what you were doing and look to cash in on it myself. You're asking for trouble and since it sounds like this is your current biggest potential for making money, I would STFU before other people catch on (if they haven't already). Take care of your kids and move on. The sooner the better.

Yup and again I NEVER told you to start on it, and you should not of started on it till I sent you the deposit. I didn't ask you to start on it. I sent you a layout of what I wanted it to look like, and the specs I needed it to have. I never said here get this done.

Sortie did you or did you not get paid 370.00 prior to me receiving the software? And if you recall you could not get it to work with rtmp as you posted above. So it was utterly useless for my needs until you could do that. You STILL never added in titles and descriptions like I requested, and I STILL paid you 70.00 more than what you quoted me as clearly stated above. Then you were all for the 50/50 split on sales. That was your idea, I originally said Id only take 10% as I wanted to get the player out there to help slow the leakage of videos from members areas. YOU were the one that changed that to 50% later on, and that is when I started building interest in the player and was ready to do a press release tomorrow. I emailed you the day before you started all this bullshit asking you to help me just get a demo running on the new domain so I could start selling it. You flipped out and accused me of selling it without your permission and me ripping you off even though we had a long standing agreement that we would sell the player.

You are a moron, and will continue to be. Lol that site is just a side project and do what you think you can to steal the traffic lol. I have a very steady offline deal going on that is making me all the cash I need, but I appreciate the advice. I again DID NOT BRING THIS SHIT TO THE BOARD! You've got to be the biggest fucking idiot in the world to send a programmer a layout
and tell them what you want done and ask them to do a mock up and then when
it's all done you say you didn't ask them to work on it yet.

And this "Feature Creep" SHIT!!!!!

Feature Creep : After the programmer has quote a price and started the client
then begins to add on features that double the orginal amount of work and the client
expects all that to be included for the original price.

Mother fucker.....I agreed to do a simple FLV that put the IP and user name on the video :

You then sent a mock up for the player to show thumbs, pagination, save favorites,
etc...fucking etc.....

I did it all, but I should have done none of it.

I then made two more custom players for you to use on the other domains
nerdynora.com and daisymarie18.com.

You didn't pay for those now did you? But some how this $1200 player times 3 only
get's $375 from you and you think you paid me so much over like 10 months.

You changed the colors and it took you like 20 mins to do, how is that building two separate players exactly? The titles and descriptions to on a player like that was asked for from the beginning.
